A new type biogas engineering--Auxiliary Heating ContainerType Biogas Engineering was designed. This Engineering includes auxiliary heating ontainer type biogas fermentation system for animal dejecta and ecotypic processing & utilization technology and equipment for biogas fermentation residue. Auxiliary heating container type biogas fermentation system for animal dejecta is new type anaerobic fermentation system. This system used solar heating and auxiliary heating, it was composed of independent unit and could assemble different scale biogas engineering such as 100 m3, 200 m3, 300 m3, 400 m3 and 500 m3 according to farm scale. Then its operating test and technology & economy evaluation of the typical engineering were finished. The results show that the yearly average tank volume aerogenesis rate of the system is 0.80 m3·m-3·d-1, thermal value of biogas produced from it is 25.40 MJ·m-3, COD concentration of pig dejecta waste water after treatment decreases from 36500 mg·L-1 to 6500 mg·L-1, and dislodging rate of COD reaches 82.2%. Concentration of suspension decreases from 17000 mg·L-1 to 1900 mg·L-1, and dislodging rate of suspension is 88.8%. The results show that net present value (NPV) was 47668.44 Yuan, and static pay back period was 7.55 year. The system is feasible in technology and economy and had the future of business operation.Then, the paper introduced ecotypic processing & utilization technology for biogas fermentation residue, and developed processing equipment set producing ecotypic pesticide-fertilizer product. Production scale operation was tested and economy evaluation was made. The results show that the equipment and technology are running well, net present value (NPV) is 2124960 Yuan, and static pay back period is 1.40 year, the equipment and technology are feasible and economic and had bright prospect in commercialization. In the end, the intermediate test and conversion of cluster case type biogas engineering was studied. The study analyzed aim, scheme, risk evaluation, and expected earning and demonstrated the feasibility of project. The results show that net present value (NPV) is 1618700 Yuan, internal rate of return (IRR) is 41.7%, and static pay back period is 3.64 year.
