With the rapid development of science and technology,China has become a large country in global agricultural machinery and equipment and the production.The demand for agricultural machinery is very large.However,China's agricultural research started so late,the agricultural machinery are still in the low product level compare with advanced products.There is still a big gap between China's agricultural machine and advanced products in intelligent,information,high farming quality,high power,driving comfort,energy saving and other aspects.The performance of agricultural machinery is unable to meet the current needs.In 2016 national key special "intelligent agricultural equipment",put the load sensor electro-hydraulic hitch as one of the core technology.Electro-hydraulic hitch control system of tractor contains position control,force control,floating control and other models and special functions.Working in the plains,mountains,hills and other variety farmland tractor conditions and requirements was so complex.It is of great importance to develop one Electro-Hydraulic Hitch Control System that suite to a variety of land types and working conditions.Contents of this paper are mechanism analysis and design,computer modeling and simulation,experimental testing and other methods to research on Electro-Hydraulic Hitch Control System.The main contents are shown as the follows:1.Understand the gap between the level of foreign technology and status of domestic technology development,by referring to relevant domestic and foreign literature.Mastered the difference between traditional hitch and modern electro-hydraulic hitch,working principle,related performance parameters.Designed and selected the required functional components of the electro-hydraulic hitch.Designed a research scheme,provided a reference for modeling and simulation.2.Established the hydraulic system model of hitch by AMEsim,Established the control system mode by Simulink,which contain a variety of control mode,and verify the principle of the feasibility of each model.Selected segmented nonlinearity,PID,sample fuzzy PID control algorithm from the control algorithm.Established the relevant model,and compared the advantages and disadvantages of different control algorithms.3.Designed the load test bench of hitch of tractor which can simulate the tractor movement condition.Verified the feasibility of the control algorithm.Simulate the hydraulic system of hitch simply used by existing components.Verified the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods simply by the comparative test.Eventually elected one available option.
