The Ertix River,Yili River and Emin River(Three Rivers)are the main part of international rivers in Xinjian.?Three Rivers? own plenty of fisheries resources and complicated configuration of species because of their richness of water and their key location of multinational junction.With the increasingly complicated demand in survey data management and rapidly development of computer science,the informatization of survey data management has became one of necessary technologies.The study was analyzed and designed based on demands of aquatic and fisheries survey in ?three rivers?.According to the discussion of scientific data collection,data management and application in this survey with researcher,the study has formulated a series of specifications and standards in scientific data.After these,the Aquatic and Fisheries Resources Data Sharing Platform of Xinjiang International River has been implemented with J2 EE framework and multi-library of Open-GIS which combined web technology with spatial information technology: 1)the data services of background were developed using database management system and application server of Open-GIS base on web map service from OGC;2)the platform used Spring and Hibernate as primary basement.The first goal of the Spring framework is to guarantee the portability and reusability of platform,and we achieved that by assembling the Spring Web,Spring Security,Spring MVC and other models in Spring;3)the platform consists of data persistence and management,query modular of survey data,statistical chart and analysis,WebGIS and so on.For example,the relational database management system and the storage patterns of spatial data comprised the model of data persistence and management.The query modular was made up of popup-queries,click-point queries,keywords lookups and multi-condition queries,and the statistical chart and analysis modular of platform has achieve the chart renderer function in front-end,which can be divided into line chart,pie chart for calculating of biomass,quantity and bio-index values to express the quantitative relation on map.Besides,by using web map services and expands of Open Layers architecture,the tile service,feature editor,mapping style and custom control in Open Layers was presented and realized in WebGIS modular.At last,the study provided an example verification for diversity calculation and analysis of benthonic animal in Ertix River.After a series of formulating operations in data uploading,calculating,analyzing and result output,the practical platform has been concluded.In conclusion,this platform provides data persistence,management,analysis and application services,which are stable and reliable.These services not only guarantee the quality of data management but also improved the efficient of data management and application,thus promoted the sustainable development and utilization of aquatic and fisheries resources in Xinjiang.
