Most of seedlings of economic crops in Bayan City,Inner Mongolia,the main area of agricultural development in northern China,were transplanted in a manual way with considerable costs on labor and materials.And the growth of seedlings was affected because of the delayed best time for transplantation.As the implementation of the transplanting machines ensures the speed and quality of transplantation,mechanical transplantation is caught more and more attention.Taking the 2ZB-2type Dibble-type transplanting machines as the testing equipment and a ground wheel in contact with the soil as the research unit and through the data acquisition system consisting of the film pressure sensors and supporting data acquisition cards,this paper explores the effects of interaction force between the Dibble-type ground wheel and the soil on the slip rate by changing the soil hardness of the test field.The positive model of ground wheel and soil based on different soil hardness was established by collecting the interaction force between ground wheel of the transplanters and the soil under the stable operation of the transplanting machine.Finally,the mathematical model of ground wheel slip ratio was established under different soil hardness by analyzing the trend of the slip rate of the ground wheel under different soil hardness.Field test results show that in the same soil hardness with the ground wheel movement,the maximum stress value is located below the ground wheel;the same stress value of the same section of the ground wheel is basically the same,and the trend is basically the same;with the increase of soil hardness,the amount of ground slump decreases,the stress value increases gradually,and the slip rate of the transplanting machine decreases.Through the study of the interaction force to the ground wheel with the soil,and find out the impact on the transplanting machine slip rate,to determine the slip rate remained at 12-15%,the transplanting plant planting effect is better.
