At present,the vast majority of no-till seeder sowing,fertilization operations are provided by the ground driving force.When the friction between the local wheel and the soil is insufficient,the slip rate increases,when the ground wheel slides the seed wheel of the seeder and the groove wheel of drinkers speed decreases or stops rotating,affecting the normal row and fertilization operation,resulting in the problem of missing sowing,hole and fertilizer,so that the unit area of seedling rate is low,the output decreases.The per capita of China arable land occupies is small,need to have a higher unit yield,sowing quality and planting uniformity.It is very important to study the slide phenomenon that the large population,the land is small,the grain yield is high and the planting uniformity is high.In order to solve the above problems,In this thesis,based on the existing research,the design of the wheel rim structure and the analysis of the ground wheel force are carried out.The wheel type,the amount of straw mulch,the amount of row,the amount of fertilizer and the friction of the ground wheel and the slip rate were studied.The structural parameters of the "V" teeth trending were optimized.The main contents are as follows.The main contents are as follows:?1?According to the existing ground wheel structure and the existing literature research design and process of six different wheel-type ground wheel lat groung,straight teeth,helical teeth,“V” teeth,hook teeth,squirrel-cage type).?2?The force analysis of the working process of no-tillage seeder is carried out,and the mathematical expression of supporting reaction force and walking resistance is obtained.this thesis introduces the working principle and testing method of a ground wheel friction test device developed by this research group.Developed a ground wheel slip rate test device,the device can accurately and quickly measure the theoretical travel distance between the theoretical travel distance and the actual travel distance,which quickly calculated the slip rate of the ground wheel.?3?When the straw coverage varies between 0 and 800g·m-2,take the single-factor test for wheel type.The results show that the change of wheel type will significantly affect the friction and slip rate,consider the two test indicators which the friction and slip rate the “V” teeth to the best anti-skid effect.?4?When the straw coverage is 750g·m-2,the relevant parameters of "V" teeth ground wheel were analyzed by quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combined test by using Design-expert software.The test results show that the order of influence of friction and slip rate in the relevant parameters of the ground wheel is:anti-skid teeth number <non-slip teeth height< vertical load.The optimum combination of "V" teeth ground wheel parameters is: non-slip gear teeth 20,anti-skid teeth 36 mm high and straight load 457 N.?5?The "squirrel cage" shape ground wheel were used as the experimental objects,The effects of no-tillage seeder's row weight,row weight and operating speed on friction were studied bu taking the single factor experiment.The results showed that the change of the amount of row and the mount of fertilizer could significantly affect the friction force of the no-tillage seeder.When the amount of sow change in the 27.56-43.59 g,the amount of fertilizer change in the 641.28g-662.05 g the friction with the amount of row and the amount of fertilizer increasing increased.
