The area of paddy field accounts for 26%of the arable land area in China,and the complex soil environment of the paddy field brings great challenges to the work of the existing field working machinery.At present,there are still some shortcomings in the research method of soil pressure-sinkage measurement in China,and there are a series of problems such as complex design,large data acquisition error and poor applicability of the existing soil pressure characteristic measurement device,which is prone to subsidence under the condition of outdoor paddy field.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth study of the soil pressure-sinkage properties measurement method and measuring device of paddy field.In this paper,the soil pressure-sinkage measurement method of soil pressure in the paddy field is established,the pressure-sinkage plate and the soil of the paddy field are analyzed,the overall design of the measuring device and the field test study are carried out.The main work is as follows:(1)In view of the soil conditions of the less studied paddy field,a numerical model of soil in the paddy field based on the SPH method is established.Selecting the soil of yellow brown soil paddy field soil in Wuhan as the sample soil,and measurement its mechanical characteristics parameters,constructing the soil model of the stratified paddy field and assigning the value,comparing the depth of the mud feet of the sample soil to compare the analysis,the simulation calculated that the pressure-sinkage plate area is S=9.95cm~2 can stable to measure the pressure-sinkage properties of the sample soil,The accuracy of the simulation model is verified,and the analysis of the mechanism of action of the later pressure-sinkage plate and the soil of the paddy field is laid the foundation.(2)According to the calculation results of the pressure-sinkage plate-paddy field soil numerical simulation model,the mechanism of action between the pressure-sinkage plate and the soil of the paddy field is analyzed,the shape parameters of the pressure-sinkage plate are modified on the basis of not changing the area of the pressure plate,the simulation model is established,and the incoming depth and the pressure-sinkage curve are analyzed under the same pressure condition,and the circular plate is the maximum depth of the depth.With the greater the depth of the plate,the range can be measured more widely,so from the pressure-sinkage plate into the depth of the solution selection,the circular plate is the optimal solution.(3)Combined with the simulation results,the overall structure design and data acquisition scheme design of the soil pressure measurement device of the paddy field are carried out.The relationship between the data acquisition mechanisms is deduced,the control system is designed to collect real-time high-frequency data acquisition of the measuring device,the fusion data is removed by Kalman filtering algorithm,the prototype surface is scanned by 3D data scanning technology,the assembly error of the prototype is measured,and the prototype calibration is completed.Field test of the measuring device prototype was carried out,the pressure-sinkage plate selected by simulation calculation was used as the test object,and the test data were used to verify the validity of the pressure-sinkage plate method suitable for the sample soil based on the SPH method,and the reliability of the measuring device's work in the field.
