| Camellia oleifera Abel.is the main economic forest tree species in southern China,and is one of the world’s four major edible woody oil species,with oil palm,olive and coconut as the world’s four biggest oil tree species.Camellia oleifera is full of treasure,so the development of Camellia oleifera industry has high economic benefit and broad market prospects.In order to improve the production and benefit of Camellia oleifera,and provide the basis of theory and cultivation techniques for scale planting and industrialization,in this paper,the growth and yield of Camellia oleifera were analyzed and studied from four aspects:planting density,variety,crown type and planting altitude of Camellia oleifera,the test results were as follows:(1)The planting density had a significant effect on the growth and yield of Camellia oleifera.Analyzing from the growth of Camellia oleifera,in eight different densities,the best planting density was 2.0 m X 2.0 m(166 strains/per mu),the average of high of tree,ground diameter and crown diameter respectively were 3.05 m,8.28 cm,2.36 m.Analyzing from the yield,the most suitable planting density was 1.0 m×1.5 m(444 strains/per mu),the average of acre yield(fruit of Camellia oleifera,the same below)was 512.13 kg.(2)In the experiment about influences of different Camellia oleifera varieties on the growth and yield of Camellia oleifera,through the analysis of six planting varieties,the average of early growth and yield of Cenruan 2 all were the highest and significantly higher than other varieties,its height of tree,ground diameter,crown diameter and acre yield respectively were 3.11 m,7.95 cm,5.26 m and 435.33 kg.(3)In the experiment about influences of different crown shapes on the growth and yield of Camellia oleifera,through analysis of three different crown shapes can obtain that there were significant differences between different crown shapes on early growth of Camellia oleifera,and happy type crown was better than other crown type,the average of its height of tree,ground diameter and crown diameter respectively were 2.24 m,6.13 cm,2.02 m.Analyzing from,the best crown type was happy type crown,the average of flower bud differentiation was 59.26%,next was cylindrical type crown,the average of it was 54.63%,but there were no significant differences.(4)The altitude of cultivating Camellia oleifera had a greater effect on the growth of Camellia oleifera.Through experiment on the influence of four different altitudes on flower bud differentiation of Camellia oleifera,results showed:the average of highest tree high was 1.68 m at 280 m,and the average of ground diameter and crown diameter were first growth then gradually reduced with elevation rise,the best altitudes respectively were 560 m and 730 m and the average of them respectively were 4.26 cm,1.12 m.Analyzing from flower bud differentiation,that was gradually reduced with elevation rise,and the highest average of flower bud differentiation rate up to 48.89%when it at 560 m and 280 m,however,when it at 820 m,the average of flower bud differentiation rate only was 6.67%,these further verify that the suitable altitude of planting Camellia oleifera was for below 600 m,when the altitude of planting Camellia oleifera was more than 800 m must be careful.Through the study of cultivation and production of Camellia oleifera,cultivation of Camellia oleifera can form large-scale development,improving the yield of Camellia oleifera,and then getting good economic benefits. |
