Preliminary Study On Introduction And Cultivation Of Lily(Lilium Spp)

By introducing the 6 OT series of lily varieties from abroad such as "Anastasia","Mister Cas" "Beverly Hills","Mister Right","Conca D'or" and "Robina," the experiment is intend-ed to observe the introduced varieties in nanning Guangxi.And the experiment is aimed at systematically observing the biological morphological characteristics such as stem,leaf and flower of different varieties,analyzing and comparing the performance of main agronomic characters to select the appropriate varieties suitable for local cultivation.Then the selected varieties will be taken as materials to carry out cultivation technique experiments including substrate ratio and fertilizer concentration.And the main research results are shown below:1.The introduction experiment results indicate that "Conca D'or" performs well in characters and can be popularized and cultivated in nanning Guangxi,and performance of characters of "Robina","Beverly Hills" and "Mister Cas" is tolerable and their cultivation can be further observed.2.The substrate ratio experiment results indicate that in the 6 treatment groups:Treatme-nt Group 3(peat:garden soil:organic fertilizer=3:1:1)is the best substrate with respect to plant height,stem diameter,the number of flower buds of single plant and fresh weight of single plant,with the best evaluation for production,thus it can be popularized as the substra-te for local production and cultivation of lily.However,different substrate ratios do not have significant influence on length of the flower bud.3.Results of horizontal gradient experiment of fertilizer amount indicate that when the application amount of urea is 100 kg/hm2,application amount of agricultural potassium nitrate is 187 kg/hm2 and that of calcium nitrate is 152 hm2,the lily performs best in vegetative growth and reproductive growth with respect to the aboveground part;when the fertilizer amount exceeds the set of data,the lily plant's height,expansion,number of leaves,the number of flower buds of single plant,the number of flower buds with the diameter more than 3.5cm and length more than 13cm,as well as the number of flowers with the diameter more than 20cm will decrease with the increase of fertilizer amount;however,the fertilizer amount doesn't have significant influence on the stem diameter as well as length and width of the flag leaf.
