Excellent varieties and high-efficiency scientific water and fertilizer management models are the key to the efficient production of vegetable facilities.This study aimed at the cultivars of tomato facilities in Qinghai Ledu.There are few cultivars,and the adaptability,yield,and resistance of the varieties are uneven.Problems such as non-standard water and fertilizer management,screening of fine varieties of tomatoes in facilities and coupling of water and fertilizers on the morphology,physiology,yield and quality of tomato plants,and utilization of water and fertilizers in plants in order to promote the development of facilities for tomato production in Qinghai Ledu,reduce the risk of planting.The main findings are as follows:1.Through the determination of 18 large fruit-type tomatoes and 5 cherry tomato varieties of yield and quality indicators,and the use of hierarchical analysis methods to comprehensively evaluate the tomato varieties,including large fruit-type tomato varieties have Desai holy land,Desai Yubao,Cherry tomatoes have a high comprehensive score for the production and quality of Ichiro and Ishisha,and are suitable for promotion in Qinghai Ledu.2.Using the“Jinpeng Meilin”tomato as the test material,Hogland nutrient solution and water drip amount were used as factors to set T1?139%ETC,114%nutrient solution?and T2?139?using quadratic orthogonal rotation design method.%ETc,86%nutrient solution),T3?86%ETc,114%nutrient solution?,T4?86%ETc,86%nutrient solution?,T5?150%ETc,100%nutrient solution?,T6?75%ETC?,100%nutrient solution),T7?112.5%ETc,120%nutrient solution?,T8?112.5%ETc,80%nutrient solution?,T9?112.5%ETc,100%nutrient solution?9 kinds of water and fertilizer coupling treatment,study of water and fertilizer Effects of Coupling on Morphology,Physiology,Yield and Quality of Tomato Plants in Substrate Culture,and Utilization of Water and Fertilizer.The results show:?1?Under different water and fertilizer treatments,the nutrient uptake of N,P and K by tomato was in the following order:potassium>nitrogen>phosphorus.However,there was no obvious rule for the uptake and distribution of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in different organs.Nitrogen in different organs The absorption amount showed leaf>fruit>stem>root.The absorption of phosphorus was expressed as leaf>stem>fruit>root.The absorption of potassium was expressed as leaf>fruit>stem>root.?2?Irrigation and fertilization had a significant effect on plant height,stem diameter,and yield of tomato.T9 treatment had significantly higher plant height and stem diameter than other treatments,and T2 and T4 had relatively low plant height and stem diameter.The yield of T9 was the highest,which was 12934 kg/667m2;the yield of T4 was the lowest,which is7952 kg/667m2.?3?The tomato quality was significantly affected by water and fertilizer.The taste index had the highest T7 soluble solids content?5.17%?,the lowest T2?4.23%?,the highest organic acid content T2?0.48%?,and the lowest T7?0.37%?.T7 exhibited the maximum value of vitamin C(37.02 mg·g-1),which was 19.5%higher than the minimum value of T2 treatment,and the highest soluble protein content was T1(18.53?g·g-1),which was lower than T2treatment.The value exceeded 5.31%.The highest content of reducing sugar in different water and fertilizer treatments was T9?34.60 mg·g-1?,followed by T1(32.74 mg·g-1),and the lowest was T6(23.01 mg·g-1).Different water and fertilizer treatments had significant effects on IWUE and PFP,and all showed that T9 treatment had the highest value.When the same amount of fertilizer was applied,IWUE and PFP both decreased with the increase of irrigation volume.Under the same irrigation conditions,PFP decrease with the amount of fertilizer.This shows that proper irrigation and fertilization can promote the increase of PFP.Considering the indicators such as morphology,physiology,yield,quality and efficiency of water and fertilizer utilization,for the cultivation of tomato cultivation in Qinghai Ledu,the best combination of water and fertilizer is the amount of irrigation water is 112.5%of ETC and the amount of fertilizer is N,P2O5,K2O nutrient supply.They were 9.82 g,3.17 g,and 13.88 g,respectively.This combination of water and fertilizer is conducive to promoting plant growth and development,improve fruit yield and quality,and promote plant absorption and distribution of nutrients.
