Silo is widely used in our country.It has many advantages,such as saving space,large storage space,and easy to machine.The diversification of the form of the silo reduces its restriction to the industry and improves its popularity.The improvement of penetration with the silo storage statistics increased workload,increased the difficulty of increasing cost manpower;at the same time,in recent years the silo collapse,collapse accidents have occurred,causing casualties and economic losses.In this paper,based on the static pressure of the silo bulk material,combined with the test,the theory and the numerical simulation,the following research is carried out and the corresponding results are obtained:1)in Henan wheat as experimental samples,the experimental study on its physical characteristics,obtained by wheat moisture content test,bulk density,proportion,porosity and other physical properties parameters,analysis of wheat moisture content,bulk density,porosity ratio between positive and negative correlation,provides the basis of important parameters for subsequent silo bulk storage space static pressure theory.Through the analysis of wheat samples stress-strain relationship of the wheat internal friction angle,friction angle,friction coefficient,as the theoretical basis and technical guidance and providing the basic research on wheat silo storage space of the static pressure.2)using the silo model,the granular material storage silo scale bottom pressure test,test the warehouse bottom stress size,distribution and change of wall pressure and friction of the trend;PFC3D simulation in silo bulk of bin bottom stress,and the test results with the traditional Coulomb formula,specification of deep bin vertical pressure value,the comparison and analysis of PFC3 Dsimulation results,found at the bottom of the storage silo pressure dispersion with the loading height increased nonlinearly change;wall friction and wheat stacking height is linear distribution;the test data calculation formula and Coulomb formula of deep bin,was found on the measured values between the standard formula and the formula of Coulomb interval;PFC3D simulation results and the test data is consistent and slightly larger than the experimental value.3)using the silo model,the scale of silo storage bin dispersion side wall pressure test,Nakakura side wall pressure measurement test process,warehouse at the end of the change of stress,wall friction resistance,and the wall pressure and the comparison of different values of the theoretical value of Jassen,found inside the silo body powder storing side the pressure test is higher than the theoretical value,but the same trend with the Jassen theory;the tray down process at the bottom of each ring pressure value from central to gradually increasing the magnitude of changes,but the overall trend was stable;the earth pressure measurement results found in the middle distance and surface distance range error.However,the change trend between the measured value and the theoretical value is the same.
