The Standing Committee of the State Council passed the "long-term railway network planning(2016~2030)" in June 29,2016.As a result,China's high-speed railway network upgrade from the "four vertical and four horizontal" to "eight vertical and eight horizontal".Planning requires China's railway network to reach 204,000 km,of which72,000 km is high-speed railway network,fast rail network connects all cities with more than500,000 people,high-speed railway connects all cities with more than 1 million people,Intercity high-speed rail links the city group within the city.High-speed railway is not only fast,safe and comfortable,but also of great significance for speeding up the development of economy and Tourism along the railway and promoting the adjustment of industrial structure.However,a wide range of surface disturbance and destruction of vegetation,large amount of earth and stone digging and transport,and spoil pile prone to serious soil erosion in high-speed railway project construction process,if not taking effective measures in time,it will cause serious impact on ecological environment and threaten safety of lives and property of the masses along the railway.Base on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and high-speed railway project layout and construction technology,combining with the topography characteristics,analyze and summarize the characteristics of soil erosion in high-speed railway project,and discuss the main reasons of soil erosion The characteristics is as follows:(1)Typical man-made accelerated erosion;(2)The whole distribution is banding,which contains linear band and punctate dispersion;(3)Type variety,different landform types has different intensity and reasons of soil erosion;(4)There is great difference between time and space;(5)The soil erosion of high speed railway is different from ordinary railway and other construction projects hugely.According to the characteristics of soil and water loss and the principle of control zone division,the responsibility area of soil and water loss prevention is divided into 8 controlzones,which are subgrade engineering area,station engineering area,bridge engineering area,tunnel engineering area,soil-taken field area,spoil ground area,construction road area,construction production and living area.Further,set out soil and water loss prevention and control measures,give the subarea measures layout,construct the soil and water control system of high-speed railway project,analyse and discuss the main prevention and control measures and focus of soil erosion deeply.Meanwhile,take the southwest high-speed railway as an example,put forward the detail typical design such as slope protection measures,drainage measures,spoil ground retaining measures,topsoil stripping and centralized storage,temporary block,cover,drainage,sand sediment etc,and give the reference picture for the application and corresponding description.
