Wind power is a new energy technology which can solve the problem of lack ofelectricity, However, in the construction process of construction of the land within the trap,vegetation disturbance and damage, it can cause soil erosion. So the analysis of wind powerengineering construction characteristics and the prevention and control measures of soil andwater loss, and is able to effectively in the course of the construction of prevention and it cancontrol the soil and water loss, improve the ecological environment and the reasonable use ofwater and soil resources. It can also realize the balanced and sustainable development ofeconomy and environment and also has extremely important significance.In AnJaBa, LiChuan City wind engineering background, and through the regional naturalconditions and the wind farm to analysis and evaluation, the main function and feature of soilerosion and soil and water conservation are summarized analysis constraint conditions, thesoil erosion prediction analysis of the wind farm layout of soil and water conservationmeasures, at the same time using MicroStation V8and other graphics software to map thedesign drawings, then I get the following main conclusions:Firstly, summarized the wind farm project soil erosion factors, characteristics andpresent situation of soil and water conservation.Secondly, by AnJaBa prediction of wind farm construction, determined the key link ofsoil and water loss, soil erosion modulus and soil loss, and analyzed the harm of water lossand soil erosion.Thirdly, according to the engineering layout, function, construction technology andconstruction feature of this project,the prevention and control of the project area is dividedinto fan engineering prevention and cure of the zoning area, prevention and control of boosterstation area, collecting circuit area, bus line control area, prevention and control ofconstruction road area, prevention and control of the construction camps area。 Among them,the bus route area is divided into kentucky engineering control area, construction roadsubregion, the tension field control area.Fouthly, acording to the characteristics of AnJaBa wind farm construction according tothe control partition at all levels for the construction of the content and characteristics of soil and water loss, engineering measures, temporary measures and vegetation measures, and thencombined the design of soil and water conservation measures.Finely, after the implementation of soil and water conservation measures, preventionwithin the scope of disturbed land reclamation rate can reach99.3%; total soil erosiondegree will be up to98.6%; soil erosion control rate will be1.0; block slag rate will be98%;vegetation recovery rate will reach99.1%; forest coverage rate will reach39.0%. It canmaintain the local ecological environment, ensure that wind power engineering play a goodeconomic and social benefits.
