To alleviate ponkan collecting, transporting and peak listed a series of contradictions to provide technical support and theoretical basis.This study with ponkan fruit as material, different harvest period, different size of fruit storage, the influence of fruit postharvest physiology and fruit quality, explore different, for reasonable harvest and picking size, to alleviate ponkan harvesting,transport and peak listed a series of contradictions to provide technical support and theoretical basis. The main results were as follows:Decay rate and the weightlessness rate are positively related with the storage duration.After chemical antisepsis treatment, different harvest period, there is no significant difference between different sizes of fruit decay rate. Late mining processing fruit weight loss rate has been slightly higher than the early fruit,small fruit slightly higher than the big fruit. Edible rate, rate of juice is negatively related to the present storage duration.Picking the earlier, the edible rate is higher during storage, the processing of time interval of 15 days, there was no significant difference between the groups, the time interval 20 days of treatment, early ponkan fruit edible rate significantly greater than the late mining process; Fruit size processing for edible rate, the influence of different years result is different, different size of 2014 with ponkan edible fruit rate, there was no significant difference between small fruit edible rate has been significantly greater than 2013 big fruit. Different harvest period of ponkan fruit juice yield as the extension of storage time declining trends, there was no significant difference between different processing.Different size fruit sugar content during the storage,there exist certain differences in fruit and small fruit fructose content is higher, and glucose content instead. In the late storage, big fruit sucrose content was significantly higher than that of medium and small fruit, small fruit fructose content is significantly higher than medium and large fruit. At the beginning of the storage and the later period, large fruit had a higher content of citric acid, and the medium and small fruit difference of extremely significant level, no significant difference between the storage at the end of three, medium fruit during storage malic acid content difference was not significant. Fruit in ethanol at the early stage of the storage quantity is significantly higher than big fruit and small fruit, and no significant difference in the later. Large, medium and small fruit during storage,acetaldehyde release quantity difference was not significant. Comprehensive analysis shows that large fruit storage in the late small fruit flavor.Late to pick the fruits of sucrose content during the storage period were higher than picking fruit early, significant amounts of glucose, fructose content in addition to the storage medium is slightly lower than early pick fruits, other times late pick fruit fruit content were higher than in early pick the fruit. Late to pick the fruits of citric acid content in addition to pick the fruit storage medium is significantly higher than early,other times citric acid content difference was not significant. The fruits of different harvest time to deal with no significant difference malic acid content during storage. The experimental results show that appropriate late fruit, have a significantly higher effect on sugar content, acid content affect basic did not reach significant level, late picking fruit total sugar content is higher, better fruit flavor, taste good, good storage performance, is conducive to promoting the value of the goods.And flavonoids, phenolic substances are the main bioactive substances, ponkan experimental analysis results show that in addition to the earlier mining small fruit, other processing storage total phenolic content showed a trend of increasing during storage,and collect small fruit early in the early stage of the storage showed a higher total phenol content, later fell slightly. Late pick small fruit rise is bigger, the total phenol content in the late storage storage at the end of the total phenol content is significantly higher than other three treatment. Early small fruit and late pick small fruit flavonoids content similar trends during the storage, are slowly rising, while mining big fruit and late early fruit flavonoids content change rule is not obvious. |
