The fertilization experiment of Moringa loeifera seedling was conducted according to orthogonal design by the N,P,K fertilizer three factors and three levels invovled nine proesses.In this study,the effective of seedling growth and yield size in different fertilization treatment were carried out and analysed,and aimed to get a suitable fertilizer treatment for enhancing the development of Moringa loeifera plantation.The research objectives were to discussthe responses of seedling growth,biomass size and physiology biochemistry in different environment of drought stres,and,to select some biological indexes,such as growth traits,biomass,Chlorophyll content,Superoxide ismutase?SOD?,Peroxidase?POD?,Catalase?CAT?,Malondialdehyde?MDA?,Solubility protein concent?Pro?,and to revealthe difference of drought tolerance of four Moringa loeifera levels.Moringa loeifera was found as a new drought-tolerant species.The main results were as follows:?1?Fertilization had a significant effect on the growth of different periods in the Moringa loeifera seedling,and N and K had a dominated role in the plant growth stages.The optimal combination N150P40K100 was suitable for the growth of height and ground diameter,while the most optimal fertilization treatment was N85P85K100 for growth of crown breadth and branch numbers..Fertilization treatment level variation also had a different influence role on reproductive growth,which was a maximal value of N150P40K100 and N40P150K100 in favour of production increase.?2?With the aggravation of drought stress,the plant height,ground diameter and biomass decreased gradually.In general,it was decreased faster during the stages of mild stress and moderate stress,but the reduction trend was different in inter-provenance.The MD and KNY had a lower reduction trend among the four provenances,.?3?Drought stress also influenced the photosynthetic pigment of Moringa loeifera seedling,and different provenances had the different results.The photosynthetic pigment content of YD and KNY were lower than PK,but the variations were larger.In general,with aggravation of the drought stress,the percent of Chla,Chl?a+b?and Car showed a downward trend after the firstly increased,meantime,severe drought stress content was the lowest.?4?Different provenance had a lower difference in the similar treatment,but drought stress had a larger influence of Moringa loeifera seedling.with aggravation of the drought stress,the percent of SOD and CAT showed a downward trend after the firstly increased,but the increase trend was not obvious under the mild drought stress.Although severe drought stress droped rapidly,it was finally tended to stable.However,POD,MDA and Pro increased with the aggravation of drought stress,but it was slower than the latter.GS showed a downward trend,but there was a little difference among provenances.GS had a significant difference in moderate stress.?5?Other index in the diffferen drought stress environment was concluded that all had a significant correlation except for SOD.The results showed that all index had a closely connection among drought stress treatments,and it had a badly influence to correlation index.There was a positive correlation between POD and CAT,and negative correlation among POD,MDA,Pro and soluble protein.?6?The result of drought tolerance was analysed in the four provenances by method of membership function,showed there was a obvious differences in drought stress of different provenances,and rank of drought resistance was showed the tendency from strong to weak.:MD?KNY?YD?PK?...
