In the period from May to October in 2016,in the South China Agricultural University teaching and research base of the Yuejin northern nursery,I chose the best No.27 Moringa as a test material in Yunnan,using pot test methods and setting different N fertilizer gradients,respectively 0,3,6,9,12 g·strain-1,I studied the effects of applied nitrogen in different gradients on the growth,photosynthetic characteristics,biomass allocation,leaf development,chlorophyll content,nitrogen fertilizer absorption and root eigenvalue of Moringa oleifera seedlings to explore the difference in the law of growth,fertilizer law,photosynthetic physiology of moringa under different applied nitrogen,finding out the best amount of nitrogen fertilizer applied to the growth and nutrient absorption of Moringa oleifera,and providing reasonable basis and data support for the precision fertilization of Moringa oleifera in seeding stage.The main findings are as follows:(1)The plant height,ground diameter and total biomass of Moringa oleifera showed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of fertilizer application rate nder different fertilization treatments.At the end of the experiment(October),the plant height and total biomass of T3 were 282.91 cm and 43.32g·strain,respectively,which were 58.5% and 298.5% higher than CK respectively.The ground diameter of T2 treatment was the largest,it is 14.18 mm,which is 86.33% higher than CK.The plant height,ground diameter and biomass of Moringa mongolicus after fertilization were higher than those of the control.But there were significant differences in the ratio of root,stem and leaf biomass under different fertilization treatments,the product of photosynthesis of Moringa tends to be distributed in stem and leaf,the size of the promotion is: stem> leaf> root.(2)In June-October,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr)and stomatal conductance(Cond)of different fertilization treatments were higher than CK,while net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and water use efficiency(WUE)increased by 6.4% 59.6% and 3.1%-14.8% respectively.Fertilization can effectively promote the improvement of photosynthetic capacity of Moringa oleifera,the effect of(N9P4.5K4.5)g·strain-1 is the best.(3)The change of nitrogen concentration and nitrogen content in different fertilization treatments were as follows: leaf> stem> root;phosphorus content and potassium content were as follows: stem> leaf> root.The total nitrogen concentration and total phosphorus concentration of T3 were the highest,respectively,149.12,12.82 g·kg-1,which was 66.9% and 51.1% higher than that of CK.The total potassium concentration was the highest at 197.6 g·kg-1,which was 29.8% higher than CK.Fertilizer can significant ly improve the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium concentrations and the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents of moringa oleifera,and the best fertilization amount is(N9P4.5K4.5)g strain-1.(4)In terms of root morphology,the total root length,root surface area,average root diameter and root volume of Moringa oleifera were increased and then decreased with the increase of fertilizer application during the whole experiment period,especially T3.When the test is completed,the indicators are 1448.25 cm,1812.37cm2,2.96 mm,753.09cm3,which is 1.74,1.37,1.35,3.01 times as CK.
