Epidemiological Investigation Of Classical Swine Fever,Porcine Reproductive And Respiratory Syndrome And Porcine Pseudorabies In Parts Of Jiangxi Province In Recent Years

Classical swine fever(CSF),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and porcine pseudorabies(PR)are the three major epidemics that endanger the pig industry and have caused huge economic losses to the pig industry.In order to understand the prevalence and vaccine immunization status of swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine pseudorabies in parts of Jiangxi province in recent years,and to provide the reference for the prevention of swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine pseudorabies in Jiangxi Province.Serological and etiologic investigation of classical swine fever,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine pseudorabies were carried in this study.The main research contents are as follows: 1 CSF,PRRS and PR etiologic investigation in parts of Jiangxi provinceThe subimitted suspicious epidemic materials from parts of Jiangxi Province from 2014 to 2016 were detected for CSFV,PRRSV/HP-PRRSV and PRV respectively with PCR and RT-PCR methods.Analyzed the detection results of those four viruses from 2012 to 2016,results shown: the positive rate of CFSV was 54.9%,the positive rates in each year ranging from 32.2% to 73.1%,and the infection of CSFV didn't show obvious seasonalness,the positive rates in each season ranging from 46.7% to 63.4%.The positive rate of PRRSV was 56.5%,the positive rates in each year ranging from 36.1% to 70.2%,and the infection rate was lower in the autumn.The positive rate of HP-PRRSV was 33.2%,and increased year by year from 2013 to 2016.The infection of HP-PRRSV have no obvious seasonalness,and the positive rates in each season ranging from 26.9% to 37.6%,the lowest infection rate of 26.9% was in autumn,and the infection rates in other seasons were close.The positive rate of PRV was 32.5%,and the positive rates of each year have no significant difference,ranging from 31% to 37.6%.The infection of PRV shown obvious seasonalness,the infection rate in spring was obvious higher than those in other seasons.Mixed infection was the main infection form,the double infection and triple infection rates were 38%,8% respectively,and "CSF + PRRS” are the main dual infection form.2 CSF,PRRS and PR serological investigation in parts of Jiangxi provinceThe serum from parts of Jiangxi Province were detected for CSF,PRRS and PRV-gB/gE antibodies respectively with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).From January 2014 to December 2016,altogether 8826 serum samples were detected for CSF antibody,8138 serum samples were detected for PRRS antibody,5819 serum samples were detected for PRV-gB antibody,6786 serum samples were detected for PRV-gE antibody.The results shown that,the positive rates of CSF,PRRS,PRV-gB and PRV-gE antibody were 72.6%?81.4%?91.7% and 31.9% respectively.The positive rates of CSF and PRV-gB antibody increased year by year,and the positive rates of PRRS and PRV-gE antibody decreased year by year.The positive rates of CSF,PRV-gB and gE antibody were lowest in winter,and it was lowest in autumn for PRS antibody.Analyzed the results in different stage pigs,the positive rates of CSF antibody in different stage pigs ranging from 47.6% to 85.1%,the positive rates of boars and sows were higher,which were 85.1% and 84.3%;while the positive rates of suckling piglets,fattening pigs and nursery pigs were 66.6%?55.1% and 47.6% respectively.The positive rates of PRRS antibody in different stage pigs ranging from 72.5% to 88.8%,the positive rates of fattening pigs,sows,boars,suckling piglets and nursery pigs were 88.8%?84%?81.1%?73.6% and 72.5% respectively.The positive rates of PRV-gB antibody in different stage pigs ranging from 69.1% to 98.5%,the positive rate of suckling piglets was the highest which was 98.5%,while the positive rates of sows,boars,nursery pigs and fattening pigs were 97.8%?94.6%?89.5% and 69.1% respectively.The positive rates of PRV-gE antibody in different stage pigs ranging from 24.5% to 40.3%,the positive rate of commercial pigs was higher,the positive rates of suckling piglets,nursery pigs and fattening pigs were 40.3%?34.7% and 31.1% respectively,while the positive rate of breeding pigs was lower,the positive rates of sows and boars were 29.9% and 25.5% respectively.To statistics the detectable result of subimitted serum in different scale pig farms,the positive rates of CSF,PRRS,PRV-gB antibody in large-scale pig farms were higher than those in small and medium-sized pig farms,while the positive rate of PRV-gE antibody in large-scale pig farms was lower than that in small and medium-sized pig farms.
