Porcine pseudorabies is caused by pseudo-rabies virus to reproductive disorders,e ncephalomyelitis,respiratory diseases and other symptoms of acute contact infectious di seases.At present,the prevalence of pseudorabies in Heilongjiang Province is on the r ise,which seriously restricts the development of pig industry.In this study,serological investigation of swine pseudorabies antibody in large-scale pig farm changes in the la w,while the three different strains of the vaccine in the negative pig farm and positiv e pig farm immunization effect of comparative tests,with a view to the development of a reasonable farm immune procedures and selection of vaccines to provide theoretic al basis and test reference.In this study,1 200 samples of sow farms in Heilongjiang province were collecte d from September 2015 to October 2016 in different groups.The samples were collect ed for the detection of g E antibody and g B antibody in pigs and rabbits.At the same time,The detection of porcine pseudorabies g B antibody was performed to determine the abortion of maternal and vaccine antibodies.The results showed that the positive r ate of g E positive pigs was 33.9% in the 336 pigs and the positive rate was 73.40% i n g B-positive pigs.The positive rate of g E-positive pigs in 200 pigs was collected in April 2016.120,the positive rate was 60.00%,the positive rate of g B positive pigs w as 174.The positive rate was 87.00%.In October 2016,the g E positive pigs in the s wine group were 92,the positive rate was 49.20%,the g B positive pigs were 141 hea d,the positive rate was 75.40%.The positive rate of g B antibody was 70.0%,50.0% and 75.0% in 45 days old,45 days old and 70 days old pigs in April,2016.The pos itive rate of g B antibody was 45.00% The results showed that the situation of pseudor abies infection in the pig farm was more serious but the wild antibody showed a dow nward trend.The results of this serological survey provide a basis for the prevention a nd control of pseudorabies in pig farms and the development of immunization procedur es in line with the situation.According to the above experimental results,three different vaccines were select ed to compare the three different vaccine immunization effects.The 35 healthy pigs were randomly divided into three groups: three vaccines,vaccine(domestic SA strain),B vaccine(domestic Bartha strain),C vaccine(imported Bartha strain),1 day before the first immunization,two free 1 day before,two free 28 days after the collection of se rum detection of porcine pseudorabies wild g E antibody and vaccine g B antibody level s.The results showed that the positive rate of g E antibody was 0% in the negative fie ld,indicating that the pig farm was not infected by wild virus.The positive rate of an tibody was 50%;after 28 days,the antibody positive rate of A and C vaccine was 100.00% higher than that of B vaccine antibody positive Rate of 90.00%.(P <0.05).The positive rate of g E antibody was 50%,45% and 40% respectively in the first day of the second day,and the positive rate of g E and g B antibody was not significant(P <0.05)The positive rates of g B antibodies were 50%,60% and 65% respectively.Thepositive rates of g E antibodies were 35%,40% and 35% respectively,and 75% %,80%.The vaccine comparison test for the pig farm to select the vaccine in line with th e field to provide a data basis.In summary: a 1 200 large-scale pig farms in Heilongjiang wild boar wild virus infection showed a downward trend,according to maternal antibody reduction law,the best first free age of 45 days of age.The results showed that the three vaccines could produce effective antibodies after the second immunization.The first SA vaccine and the imported Bartha vaccine were better than the domestic Bartha vaccine.The domesti c SA vaccine and the imported Bartha vaccine had little difference.
