As an important part of fruit planting,the harvest mainly depends on manual picking,which is low efficiency,high strength and high cost.This research designed a portable jujube harvester,so as to promote the mechanization of jujube harvest.Based on the experiment ofjujube harvest characteristics,the main parameters of jujubewereobtainedat early,middle and late stage of maturity,such as separating force,weight and dimension.To analyze the condition of fruit abscission,the vibration model of jujube was established.The result shows that the fruit abscission is mainly affected by the vibration frequency and amplitude,the higher the frequency or the greater the amplitude,the more obvious the vibration effect.Because difference of the jujube maturity,vibration frequency and amplitude should be set within a reasonable range,so as to keep the immaturefruit and shedthe maturefruit.Based on the method of vibration harvest,the overall scheme of the harvesterwas designed.With the help of Solidworks software,the transmission principle of the harvesterwas designed in detail,and the 3D model of the harvest head was established.To analyze the output trajectory of the harvest head,the parameter equation of the trajectory was established.According to the amplitude of the trajectory,the structural parameters of the transmission mechanism were adjusted,so as to meet the requirement of jujube harvest.The finite element analysis of the key components of the harvester was carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software,including the modal analysis of the shell,the static analysis and modal analysis of the eccentric shaft,and the contact analysis of the transmission mechanism.The analysis results show that the maximum stress and contact pressure of the key componentsare far less than the material allowable strength,and the natural frequency is much higher than the working frequency,which indicate that the structural design of components can be used to satisfy the requirements.The matching power and the connecting rod were selected to assemble the harvester prototype whichwas used to carry out jujube harvest experiment.The results show that theeffectat the design speed of harvesteris better.The harvester can keep the immaturefruit and shedthe maturefruit effectively.It has little damage to the tree,and only a few branches and leaves have been shot down,which meets the design requirements.
