Wild jujube,a common wild resource in northern China,has rich edible and medicinal values,so it is massively applied in food processing and traditional Chinese medicine fields.But since wild jujube is largely a kind of bush with heavy stipule thorns,growing in hard environments like mountainous regions,it is difficult to conduct scale harvest or application.Design and research of the wild jujube harvester,mechanical harvesting instead of artificial harvest,effectively improve the recovery of wild jujube,to expand the scale of the development of jujube industry,improve the utilization rate of wild jujube resources is of great significance.(1)The wild jujube harvester of 4SZ-1 model,driven by slider crank mechanism,adopts a small gasoline engine to vibrate the tree trunk and make the fruits broken off from the branches,with the fruits gathered with the supporting device,the harvest is done.The slider crank mechanism is the core component of the entire machine,it has an amplitude of 70mm and vibration frequency of 20Hz,with two linear guideway slider mechanisms applied to assist its stable high speed operation.(2)With the Simulink function of the software Matlab,kinematics and dynamics simulations are performed to the slider crank mechanism of the 4SZ-1 model wild jujube harvester,obtaining the holding device's variation rules in displacement,velocity,accelerated velocity and the applied force to the tree trunk,along with the stresses of driving mediums and strut members.(3)A clutch of belt drive by gasoline engine and driving mechanism is designed,and its"integration" and "separation" are achieved by aptly using the change made by the spring crossing the dead point and the needed specific parameters of the spring are calculated.(4)With the data acquired though the dynamic simulation of the driving mechanism,the finite element analysis is performed on the framework,connecting rod and crankshaft,obtaining the corresponding statics analysis data and the constraint modal analysis data,and thereby showing the displacement,stress and strain distribution of the framework,connecting rod and crankshaft at the slider's dead point.(5)After the establishment of the machine,a measurement experiment and a harvest experiment are performed on the wild jujube tree trunk and its deflection relationship to observe the harvest performance of the 4SZ-1 wild jujube harvester.The experiments results show that the 4SZ-1 model wild jujube harvester is more suitable for the wild jujubes of the trees with a diameter of about 19mm,with the installation height of 200mmm and the full harvest rate of 92%.The experiments results are consistent with the requirements of wild jujube harvest.
