Strawberry is sensitive to water,which is like wet solution and afraid of waterlogging.The root distribution of strawberry is very shallow,mostly distributed in the soil layer of 20 cm,and the plant is short,the leaves are larger and more,and the evaporation is large.Strawberry growth period is longer,to be a long time for the replacement of old and new leaves,flowering and results.The traditional irrigation method can not control the irrigation quantity accurately,and can not be irrigated according to the requirement of the strawberry.Therefore,it is necessary to control the irrigation of strawberry.Reasonable irrigation can ensure the yield and quality of strawberry,but also can reduce the occurrence of disease,improve the utilization rate of fertilizer and water,and save resources.So strawberries require an adequate supply of water.So the design of a single-chip control as the core,using the automatic irrigation system variable incremental PID control algorithm,according to the water demand in different growth process of strawberry in different requirements to implement variable irrigation,this can improve the yield and quality of strawberry,but also improves utilization ratio of water resources.The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)according to the water requirement of Strawberry Growth,the water requirement of strawberry in different growth periods was determined.The design of automatic variable irrigation system is completed.(2)The power supply module,the control module,the data acquisition module and the actuator module of the automatic variable irrigation system.The system uses the monolithic integrated circuit as the core part,uses the FDS100 soil moisture sensor to carry on the collection of the soil moisture data.Among them,the hardware design includes:hardware selection,performance,and the final circuit design.(3)According to the work plan of the system software design,the software design includes:design the main system design,data acquisition,A/D conversion,single-chip microcomputer control actuator design,liquid crystal display design,system timing design,software design and debugging of the C51 program compiled using Keil software to achieve.The working process of the system is as follows:each control system sends the analog signals collected by the soil moisture sensor to the A/D conversion,and then the conversion results are displayed on the LCD screen.The control system is used to control the opening and closing of the actuator according to the moisture content of the soil and the difference between the measured soil moisture content and the standard soil moisture content.Irrigation time changed with the change of soil water content.(4)the stability test and performance test of automatic variable irrigation system,experimental results show that the system can accurately measure soil moisture and irrigation,stable operation,good performance,the system can achieve the desired requirements,suitable for application in greenhouse.The system was applied to the monitoring of soil moisture content of strawberry planting in Helan horticulture Industrial Park in Ningxia.The innovation of this system is that the system can monitor the soil moisture content of strawberry at the same time,and can automatically monitor the soil moisture content.
