Nowadays, in the rapid development of society, Human used large quantities of energies, caused traditional energies consuming seriously and bring various environmental problems. At the same time new clean energies come into spring days and become the focus in the development of human beings, Photovoltaic power generation is energy saving and environmental protection. Considered as one of the most ideal clean energies by most people.Using photovoltaic power generation suply power to irrigation system is clean and non-pollution, can be used sustainably this paper combine photovoltaic power generation, realize the goal of suppling the irrigation power and saving water, mainly solve the capacity of photovoltaic power generation for irrigation, power converter, charge and discharge of storage battery and the system realization. The concrete research works are as follows:According to the system demand of electricity and the local solar radiation, calculated the number of solar panels,and the capacity of the battery and inverter, then designed the solar power supply device, and briefly described the performance characteristics and index of the device;This paper presented the whole scheme of the solar power supply system, and developed a small PV inverse and control integrated machine for the system, completed the design of inverse part in inverse control integrated machine, realized the digital control of the inverse system on the basis of the design requirements; Through the analysis of the battery charging and discharging, chose a more appropriate charging scheme, and completed the software and hardware design of charge and discharge circuit; designed the display part, and introduced the method of realization of Modbus communication protocol; The basic frame of the system and the main function of each component part of the detailed analysis, developed the man-machine interaction system with touch screen.This paper developed a small power supply device for automatic irrigation system based on independent power supply of solar energy, the system integrates the digital, intelligent and modular, has the characteristics of low carbon,environmental protection, energy saving and water saving.
