The genetic diversity and relationship among 6 apricot provenances were studied with SCoT molecular markers for 278 families of Siberian apricot in Inner Mongolia.The result shows that:1.There are 289 polymorphic bands and the percentage of polymorphic loci(PPB)reached 98.87%in 292 amplified bands using 23 primers screened.Polymorphic loci(NPB)for 289 polymorphic loci,the average per primer was 12.6,SCoT21,SCoT32 and SCoT53 three amplified sites up to 17,the polymorphic rate was 100%;SCoT3 amplified loci of(?)least 9,the polymorphic rate was 90%.2.There percentage of polymorphic loci(PPB)reached 97.94%of Armeniaca sibirice(L.)Lam.In Inner Mongolia.was revealed by Observed number of alleles(Na,1.9803).Effective number of alleles(Ne,0.3989),Nei’s index of genetic diversity(H,0.0.2571)and Shannon’s information diversity index(1,0.2540)at provenance level.Tbe 10 provenances of Siberia apricot show that Observed number of alleles(Na)effective is in the range of 1.3934-1.6230,alleles(Ne)is in the range of 1.1956-1.3130,Nei’s index of genetic diversity(H)is in the range of 0.1181-0.1871,Shannon’s information diversity index(1)is in the range of 0.1812-0.2859.and genetic diversity in Kyouzhongqi provenance is greatest in 10 provenances and that in Wanjiagou is the lowest.The genetic differentiation coefficient(Gst)and Gene flow(Nm)were 0.3601 and 0.8884.The similar results were obtained by the AMOVA analysis,which indicated that 39%of total genetic variance is inner provenances and the other 61%is within provenances.3.The genetic idenity among populatins in Inner Mongilia siberian apricot ranged from 0.7799 to 0.9694,The genetic distance among populatins in Inner Mongilia siberian apricot ranged from 0.0311 to 0.2486,UPGMA cluster analysis and principal coordinates analysis(PCoA)showed that 10 populationscould be divide into two clusters,Most of the geographical distances close to the provenances are clustered together.The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the preservation and improvement of resources in Siberian apricot.
