Apricot in Xinjiang has a long history,after a long period of natural selection and genetic variation,forming unique germplasm resources of Xinjiang apricot.This study analyzed the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship of apricot in Xinjiang from the two different perspectives of phenotypic traits and molecular markers of SRAP and cpSSR.It provides a powerful reference for the resource classification and protection,development research and utilization,species identification and breeding of apricot in Xinjiang.The main findings are as follows:(1)At the phenotypic level,this part of Xinjiang apricot leaf,flower organ,fruit such as 33 index combination of phenotypic genetic diversity index related to the mean standard deviation is 27.99,the variation coefficient average was 6.13%,Shannon-weaver of 5.25,Simpson diversity index of mean value is 0.97,the leaf area of Xinjiang apricot varieties,soluble solids,fruit shape index of these indicators is rich in genetic diversity between the varieties tested,leaf length,crown diameter,single fruit weight,fresh weight of genetic traits are relatively small;By cluster analysis,it was concluded that the genetic distance was 5.0,and the relationship between apricot varieties was close.Through principal component analysis:related shape index is Xinjiang apricot cultivation phenotypic traits important index of genetic diversity,blade length can represent 12 principal component factors such as Xinjiang apricot cultivation phenotypic traits most of the information of genetic diversity,but on the analysis of genetic diversity measure Xinjiang apricot cultivation should be used when the phenotypic index of the comprehensive evaluation.(2)On the phenotypic micro characteristics,through to the Xinjiang apricot varieties pollen polar axis length,axial length,the equator hole frequency aperture and other 21 research and analyze microscopic characteristics,varieties tested all belong to N3P4C5 type,the exine its belong to "stripe-hole" type,the microstructure of pollen characteristics difference is small,high varieties pollen micro morphological similarity;when the genetic distance was 15.0,they were divided into two groups,of which the second group had only 5 varieties,indicating that the tested varieties were closely related.Through the analysis of its genetic diversity index,the mean coefficient of variation was 14.88%,the mean Shannon-weaver index was 5.32,and the mean Simpson diversity index was 0.98.These three indicators indicated that the microscopic characteristics of Xinjiang apricot blossom powder had high genetic diversity and rich genetic diversity from different perspectives.(3)At the molecular marker level,SRAP molecular marker technology was used to detect a total of 400 sites in 12 primers,of which 396 were polymorphic,accounting for 99%of the total number.The PIC mean was 0.89.In the cluster analysis,GS was 0.45-0.92,and when GS was 0.51,41 pieces of material could be divided into four categories.The four varieties of ’Huanna’,’Tunaisitanhuanna’,’Xiheiyexing’ and ’Mamudaxixing’ had the closest relationship with the highest degree of genetic similarity.The mean value of Ne,H and I in this molecular marker was 1.701 5,0.4021 and 0.5882,indicating that the genetic diversity of the tested varieties was rich.(4)At the molecular marker level,cpSSR molecular marker technology was used to detect 401 sites in 13 primers,among which 395 were polymorphic,accounting for 98.5%of the total number,and the PIC mean was 0.87.The primers showed good polymorphism in PCR amplification of Xinjiang apricot.Cluster analysis of varieties of GS in 0.51-0.92,when the GS 0.51,41 materials can be divided into two categories,’Keerjihuanna’,’Akeyageleke’,’Qiaoerpang’,’Akedalazi’,’Pinaizi’,’Zhongshujiannali’,’Muzijianali’,’Kuikepiman’ the eight varieties of similarity coefficient,the largest is 0.92,the eight varieties in the varieties tested recently,genetic relationship,genetic similarity degree is the highest;In this molecular marker,the mean value of Ne,H and I was 1.6978,0.3996 and 0.5886 respectively,indicating that the genetic diversity of the tested varieties was relatively rich.
