This experiment separated from patients bald disease of eel liver and kidney to pathogenic strains(hs-l),isolates the artificial infection experiment on rice field eel by intramuscular injection,scratch marination,appeared with symptoms similar to those of field cases,confirmed that the bacteria pathogen bald disease eel bacteria.Isolated bacteria also has the pathogenicity of carp and loach.Strains in the general nutrition agar growth,colonies were round,neat edge,the central slightly elevated,translucent or gray white,smooth,moist.According to the morphological,physiological characteristics,identification of the isolated bacteria was Aeromonas sobria(Aeromonas sobria).The results of drug sensitivity test of isolated strains to 15 kinds of drug showed that: on the bacteria with ceftriaxone,norfloxacin,compound new debbi Ming 3 drugs are highly sensitive to chloramphenicol,neomycin,;gentamicin,tobramycin,amikacin,erythromycin and moderately sensitive to 6 drugs;oxygen of levofloxacin,ampicillin,acetyl spiramycin penicillin,tetracycline,doxycycline,6 drug sensitive low.Monopterus albus skin fester disease has seriously hampered the development of Monopterus albus farming industry,in order to improve the economic efficiency of farmed Monopterus albus,drug sensitivity test for the treatment and prevention of skin fester disease theory drug type and concentration play a guiding role;eel from the disease lesion site isolated strains tested,artificial isolation and culture,and then artificially infected with strains tested weight 80 ~ 100 g of Monopterus albus,Monopterus albus infection occurs with the natural onset of symptoms similar Monopterus albus and eel isolated from infected lesions identical to the original strain bacteria,and then the isolated pathogens associated drug sensitivity test.By the form of the bacteria,culture and determination of physiological and biochemical characteristics,the strain was identified as point-like Aeromonas bacteria,Gram-negative pathogens segment bacilli.The results of the treatment and prevention of Monopterus albus skin fester disease has theoretical significance.An infectious bacterial hemorrhagic eel is a newly discovered,at the peak of the outbreak,the mortality rate as high as 70%.Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria belong to Vibrio,Aeromonas,commonly found in fresh water,sewage,sludge,soil and human feces,some pathogenic strains pathogenic to humans and animals.Recent years,with the rapid development of aquaculture,the freshwater fish bacterial disease which caused by Aeromonas hydrophila commonly occurred in China.It caused large economic damages toaquaculture production.However,the phenomenon of irrational using antimicrobial frequently occurred,leading to the bacteria resistant to antimicrobial agents increasing rapidly.the antibacterial resistance problem has caused widespread attention home and abroad.The experiment was isolated from the onset of the eel Aeromonas hydrophila,after routine bacteriological identification and susceptibility testing,and then test to determine the disease through infected eels from the Aeromonas hydrophila caused by bacteria and found that chloramphenicol highly sensitive pigment,tetracycline,norfloxacin,doxycycline,there is widespread resistance to penicillin,Ampicillin,cephalothin and other drugs,to provide theoretical guidance and experimental basis for eel hemorrhage control,production process should try to avoid the use of penicillin drugs.[Keywords]:Monopterus albus;bald disease;isolation and identification;Aeromonas sobria;.Yuba disease;pathogen;punctate Aeromonas bacteria;drug sensitivity test,Aeromonas hydrophila,drug sensitivity test.The char acter ist ics of pathog enic bacteria causing tail ro t in mud eels are described.Experimental infection of str ain the tested strains isolated from naturally diseased mud eels caused the same clinical symptoms in healthy mud eels.Accor ding to the morpholog ical featur es and physio-bio chemical characterist ics,st rain the tested strains was ident ified as Pseudomonas alcaligenes.Drug-sensit ivity test s w ere carr ied out and thus successful t reatment was made.The results of drug sensitive test showed that,ceftriaxone,gentamicin,kanamycin,cephalothin,erythromycin tested strains were highly sensitive.
