In this study, We had a detection of subclinical mastitis on the 224shares of milk which came from the suburb of huhhot by LMT. The results showed that 104shares were positive, the positive rate reached 46.4%. 83 strains of bacteria which include five kinds of bacteria were isolated from 104shares, there were 78strains of Staphylococcus (93.9%),1 strain of Streptococci (1.2%) and 4 strains of bacilli (4.8%). We had an identification of species on the isolated 83 strains of bacteria. The results showed that 65 of them were Staphylococcus aureus , 8 of them were Staph.hemolyticus, 6 of them were S.epidermidis;1 of them was Streptococcus dysgalactiae; 2 of them were Bacillus coli, 1 of them was Serratia and 1 of them was Klebsiella. We examined the sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus, S.hemolyticus, Streptococci and bacilli to 16 kinds of drugs respectively. The results of pharmacosensive test indicated that the Staphylococcus aureus and S.haemolytius were sensitive to Tetracyclline, Chorampheniol, Gentamiccin and kanamycin; Sreptococis was sensitive to Eythrocin, Chloromycetinum and Gentamycinum, Bacillus was sensitive to Novobicocinum Sulfanimidum. Strepomicinum and Gentamycinum, but they induced resisitance to Peniciuin and Strepomicinum which used frequently in clinic. On pathogencity test of animals, the experimental mice demonstrated obvious pathogenic symtom, hut not died.
