Zaobei cattle is excellent local cattle breeds in Hubei province,in order to improve the Zaobei cattle meat quality,further accelerate the speed of Zaobei cattle breeds entire hectareage process,improve the efficiency of the beef cattle production and economic benefits,this study aimed to Angus x zaobei zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle,Hereford F1 generation of hybrid cattle and Zaobei of morphology,growth and development of cattle,and meat performance and meat quality traits and meat quality were observed,comparing the effect of different hybrid combination modified Zaobei scalpers,cross combinations,to select the suitable for reasonable Zaobei cattle breeding measures,improve the effect of Zaobei cattle breeding,better guidance provided the scientific basis of beef cattle production in local,and perfect the beef cattle production hybrid system research.Trial choice to develop normal,healthy and free from disease,good physique,conform to the variety characteristics of Angus x zaobei zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle,Hereford F1 generation of hybrid cattle cattle and Zaobei,the growth record,slaughter determination and laboratory analysis,the method of combining measure its size appearance appearance,growth performance,meat performance and meat quality performance,to explore the Angus cattle and Hereford cattle improvement effect on the properties of Zaobei cattle production.The results showed that:(1)Date Zaobei cattle and Hereford x zaobei zaobei F1 and Angus F1 generation of hybrid cattle growth performance.Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle low strong physique,chest deep and wide,flat broad back waist,the reflection of cylinder,hip fung last as,spacing between the two arms,two legs wide,muscular body,is typical of beef cattle,shows the Angus cattle has appearance.Hereford x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cow breast growth is good,chest deep and wide,is the waist straight and wide,parallel to the top line,after flooding well developed,robust limbs,shoulder peak is not development,Hereford x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle with Hereford cattle meat characteristics significantly.Compared with Zaobei cattle,two kinds of F1 generation of hybrid cattle are well improved Zaobei cattle back waist is not wide,the tajiri is inclined,the shoulder is not full of defects,more in line with the beef cattle shape characteristics.Body measurements in comparison,Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle body height,no significant difference compared with Zaobei cattle body length,chest circumference and pipe circumference,Angus x zaobei zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle and the F1 generation of hybrid compared with Zaobei cattle,cattle were extremely significant or significant difference(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),and the Hereford by hybrid cattle body height and zaobei zaobei the F1 north cattle compared with significant difference(P < 0.05).Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle body high compared with Zaobei scalpers,6 months and 12 months of body height is slightly lower than Zaobei cattle were 0.50%,0.63%,18 months when the body high slightly higher than the date of north cattle 1.82%,no significant difference between two groups of body height(P > 0.05);Hereford x zaobei F1 hybrids compared with Zaobei cattle,cattle body height 6 months and 12 months and 18 months of body height than Zaobei cattle above 5.00%,8.20% and 9.04% respectively.Two kinds of hybrid cattle comparative difference was significant(P < 0.05).Compared two kinds of hybrid cattle,Hereford x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle body height in 6 months,12 months and 18 months respectively higher than Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle were 5.53%,8.88% and 7.09%,significant difference(P < 0.05).Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle body length at 6 months,12 months and 18 months respectively higher than Zaobei cattle were 7.17%,7.21%,8.62%,significant difference between the two groups of body length(P < 0.05);Hereford x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle body length at 6 months,12 months and 18 months respectively higher than Zaobei cattle were 6.18%,6.65%,10.04%,significant difference between the two groups of body length(P < 0.05).Two kinds of hybrid cattle comparative difference was not significant(P > 0.05).Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle bust in 6 months,12 months and 18 months,respectively,compared with the Zaobei high cattle were 17.94%,8.98%,14.61%,very significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01),and the Hereford by zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle in 6 months and 18 months respectively 17.07% and 14.01% higher than the Zaobei cattle and are extremely significant difference(P < 0.01),12 months when the bust is 7.56% higher than the Zaobei scalpers,significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Two kinds of hybrid cattle comparative difference was not significant(P > 0.05).Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle and Hereford F1 generation of hybrid cattle tube around 6 months,12 months and 18 months respectively higher than Zaobei cattle were 11.88%,10.96%,11.42% and 11.55%,11.61%,12.66%,were extremely significant difference(P < 0.01).Two kinds of hybrid cattle comparative difference was not significant(P > 0.05).In body ways,two hybrid combinations of Zaobei cattle were improved.Weight in comparison,Angus x zaobei zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle and Hereford F1 generation of hybrid cattle in birth weight,6 months,12 months and 18 months weight compared with Zaobei scalpers differences were significant(P < 0.01),51.91% higher,respectively,45.27%,40.51%,33.99% and 56.42%,44.42%,40.10%,34.54%;In different stages of the two kinds of hybrid cattle,differences were not significant(P > 0.05),with Angus cattle and Hereford cattle frozen fine hybridization respectively to improve local Zaobei cattle growth advantage is obvious.Both compare,Angus x zaobei F1 cattle in 6 months and 12 months of age growth rate than the same stage,the same breeding environment under the condition of Hereford cow date the F1 fast;After 18 months of age,the Hereford x zaobei F1 cattle growth rate than with stage,under the condition of the same breeding environment by Angus x zaobei F1 cattle.(2)The Zaobei scalpers and Hereford x zaobei zaobei F1 and Angus F1 generation of meat performance.Hereford x zaobei zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle and Angus F1 generation of hybrid cattle live weight,body weight,net weight,slaughter rate and net meat percentage,eye muscle area,back fat and can weight compared with Zaobei cattle,were extremely significant difference(P < 0.01),respectively,33.59%,51.42%,60.53%,13.34%,20.16%,20.16%,12.59%,49.48% and 26.90%,48.15%,59.40%,16.74%,25.61%,17.35%,10.27%,46.05%.Which Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle slaughter rate and net meat percentage,respectively,compared with the Hereford by zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle is higher than 3.00% and 4.54%,no significant difference(P > 0.05).Hereford x zaobei zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle than Angus F1 generation of hybrid cattle live weight,body weight,net weight,eye muscle area,back fat and can weigh respectively 5.28%,2.21%,0.71%,2.39%,2.11%,2.35%.Live weight compared with significant difference(P < 0.05),body weight,net weight,eye muscle area,back fat and can weight difference were not significant(P > 0.05).(3)The date Zaobei cattle and Hereford x zaobei zaobei F1 and Angus F1 generation performance.Hereford x zaobei zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle and Angus F1 generation of hybrid cattle were significant(P < 0.05).Two kinds of hybrid cattle comparison,the difference of each index were not significant(P > 0.05).From the test result shows that Angus cattle and Hereford cattle hybrid local Zaobei scalpers have played a good effect.Growth performance,Angus cattle and local Zaobei Hereford cow ford hybrid cattle,hybrids Angus x zaobei zaobei F1 cattle and Hereford F1 cattle body image compared with Zaobei scalpers are improved,improved Zaobei cattle back waist owe broad,tajiri pointed diagonal shape defects.Body measurements and weight has increased significantly,Angus x zaobei F1 generation of hybrid cattle in 6 months and 12 months of age growth rate than the same stage,the same breeding environment under the condition of Hereford x Zaobei F1 fast;After 18 months of age,the Hereford x zaobei F1 cattle growth rate than with stage,under the condition of the same breeding environment by zaobei F1 cattle fast,both were significantly higher than the local Zaobei cattle.Meat production performance,the Hereford x zaobei zaobei F1 cattle and Angus F1 generation of hybrid cattle of Zaobei cattle live weight,body weight,net weight,slaughter rate and net meat percentage,eye muscle area and can weigh the main meat production indexes are significantly improved.Meat quality performance,the Hereford x zaobei zaobei F1 cattle and Angus F1 cattle of Zaobei scalpers marbling,incarnadine,shear force,water rate,myoglobin and collagen content of beef quality assessment of the main indexes such as improved,including the myoglobin and collagen content improved significantly,improve the beef tender degree and color level.In beef cattle production practice,appropriate according to the local climate environment,production needs,raise the management level,adjust measures to local conditions to choose the suitable cross combinations.If good breeding conditions,feed reserve enough,the need for early and fatten early market,can choose Angus cattle hybrid improved Zaobei cattle;If the condition is limited,raising the management level and feed reserves after fattening period is given priority to,early breeding cattle,shelf plan production more high-grade beef,can choose the Hereford hybrid improved Zaobei scalpers.
