The Study On The Application Of Landscape Plants Along Zhengtong Avenue In Qingfeng County

In this paper,took the Zhengtong Avenue in Qingfeng County of Puyang as a research object.Three aspects of the Avenue-side plants include planting situation,configuration mode,beauty were studied to provide scientific basis for the optimization and upgrading.About research methods,field survey and typical sampling survey were adopted.All of the plantspecies around the Zhengtong Avenue were investigated,and 3 plots of the plant configuration were selected as typical landscape nodes.The reaserch focus on the species,quantity,area,configuration of the plants as well the selection for local plants and planting form of trees,shrubs and grass on both sides of the Avenue.At the same time,evaluated the typical node of landscape,analysed the problems of plant configuration also which existed in Zhengtong Avenue,and found the countermeasures to solve those problems.The results are as follows:(1)The 11 elements of Zhengtong Avenue include landscape spatial hierarchy,scale and position,proportion,and the surrounding convergence,the main trees along Avenue line,lawn,skeleton trees,combination of the lower shrub and landscape maintenance,lighting design were investigated and anylized.and those were divided into three levels to conducted qualitative and quantitative analysis by AHP comprehensive evaluation.It was found that the final score of Zhengtong Avenue was 6.7 points.This shows that in the allocation of Avenue plants and the overall quality of Zhengtong Avenue is acceptable,but It should be acorrespondingly increased in tree species and the number of perennial flowers,planting grass and shrub.(2)In terms of plant configuration,there were 26 kinds of trees and 16 species of shrubs,3 kinds of evergreen trees in Zhengtong Avenue,the rest were deciduous plants.There were30 species belonging to native plants in 42 kinds of plants,accounting for ninety percent of the total number of tree species in urban Avenue,reached Qingfeng County eco city construction requirements that the native trees accounted for seventy percent of the total number of trees.But the evergreen species,the species and quantity of perennial flower plants are slightly insufficient,and the species and quantity of these two kinds of plants should be increased.(3)Colloquial saying that “30% by planting,70% by maintenance”,and the maintenance of plant is directly related with showing of the ornamental effect.Poorlymanagement,human trampling and pruning not-timely existed in Zhengtong Avenue,so it should be solved and improved.
