Study On The Pollination Characteristics And Effects Of Agronomic Measures On Seed Yield And Quality Of Radix Stellariae

In order to produce high quality and high yield of Radix Stellariae seeds,the text was tested at Taijie chinese herbal medicine standardized plantation park,at Ma Gao zhuang township,Tongxin county,Ningxia,in April 2015 to October 2016.Based on the study of pollination biology,the path analysis of seed yield,analysis of seed yield and yield components and seed quality evaluation of Radix Stellariae inferred:1.The breeding system of Radix Stellariae is a specific outcrossing,insect pollination is the mainly pollination pathway and the pollinators are mainly Chinese bees and flower thrips.2.Correlation results show that there was a significantly correlation between the five botanical characters(plant height,root length,root fresh weight,fresh weight index of on the ground part,1000-seeds weight)and the seed yield per plant of Radix Stellariae.But the path analysis results show that the root fresh weight per plant and the 1000-seeds weight were the constituent elements of the seed yield per plant,which directly and indirectly had an important effect on the seed yield per plant of Radix Stellariae.3.By comparing the effects of different agronomic measures on seed yield and seed quality per plant of Radix Stellariae confirmed that irrigation at floweing and fruit had the most significant effect on seed yield and quality,followed by topdressing.Planting years and density also had a certain effect on seed yield and quality of Radix Stellariae,but the effect was different.Therefore,the seed production material as 3 years old Radix Stellariae and the planting density is 10000/667 m~2(20cm × 30cm).In the field management,irrigation is the first element,and it can be irrigation 2 times and irrigation volume 20 m3/667 m~2 in the early stage of flowering and fruit.In addition,according to the soil fertility can be combined with irrigation,fertilize twice and the amount of fertilizer 20 kg diammonium/667 m~2 +10 kg urea/667 m~2.If do this,it can increase the seed yield more than 60%and seed quality increased by 20%or more.
