In this experiment, 'Whangkeumbae' as the female parent, with 'Cuiguan'?'Xiyuanbai'?'Yaoli'×'Xipi'?'Mugua'?'Huixi'?'Jinhuazao' as the male parent get crossbreeding respect ively,and 'Yuguan' as the female parent,with 'Xiyuanbai'?'Mugua'?'Huixi' as the male pa rent get crossbreeding respectively. The above pollination combination, we studied the fruit setti ng rate, fruit quality and seed characteristics. The test results are as follows:1. The pollen germination rate and viability of seven pear cultivars were studied. The resul ts showed that the pollen germination rate reached more than 20%, and the pollen vitality of'Cuiguan','Xianyuanbai','Yaoli' and 'Xipi' were higher,respectively were 71.9%,69.2%,67.6%, 65.2%. With a variety of pear pollen on the artificial pollination on 'Whangkeumbae' and'Yuanguan',fruit setting rate almost reached more than 50% apart from 'Whangkeumbae'×'Huix i',which is the highest were'Yuguan'×'Mugua'70.8%,'Whangkeumbae'×'Yaoli' 66.1%,'Yu guan'×'Xiyuanbai' 64.7%,'Whangkeumbae'×'Cuiguan' 64.4%.2. In the study of the effect of cross pollination of different varieties on fruit quality of h ybrids, it was found that the 'Whangkeumbae'×'Cuiguan' was best, which weight was 315.2 g,hardness was 1.92 kg/cm2, soluble solids content was 11.41%titratable acid content was 0.208%,solidity acid ratio was 54.8, vitamin c content was 1.71 mg/100g, stone cell content was 0.0278 g, soluble sugar content was 9.86%, moderate hardness, rich in color, delicate taste, moder ate taste. And tnen 'Whangkeumbae'×'Xiyuanbai','Whangkeumbae'×'Xipi','Yuguan'×'Xiyuanbai'also have good quality,these hybrids compared to 'Whangkeumbae' and 'Yuguan' have increas ed.3. The fruit quality of 'Whangkeumbae' and its hybrid fruit was studied under low tempera ture storage. Low temperature storage 45days found, in the pollination combination, the slowest decrease in weight loss rate is the decrease of 'Whangkeumbae'×'Xipi' by 8.93%;hardness red ucing is the decrease of 'Whangkeumbae'×'Cuiguan' by 0.172kg/cm2; soluble solid content ha s been the highest is'Whangkeumbae'×'Mugua'; the slowest decrease in titratable acid content is'Whangkeumbae'×'Cuiguan'; the highest solid acid ratio is'Whangkeumbae'×'Yaoli'; vitamin c content has been the highest is 'Whangkeumbae'×'Xiyuanbai' ; the slowest decrease in stone ce lls content is the decrease of 'Whangkeumbae'×'Cuiguan' by 0.028g. This experiment shows tha t 'Whangkeumbae'×'Xiyuanbai', 'Whangkeumbae'×'Cuiguan'×'Whangkeumbae'×'Xipi', their stora bility were better. During low temperature storage, pollination combinations were found in the q uality of hybrid fruit changes. Their weight, hardness, color were decreased; titratable acid cont ent, vitamin C content was also declining. Their stone cell content continued to rise. Their solu ble solids content, soluble sugar content was increase firstly and then decline after 30days. In t he storage time of 15 days, the quality was still good, 30 days was a slight decline, and 45 d ays was the decline obviously. So the low temperature storage can slow down the quality of c hange, extended shelf life, access to merchandise value.4. In terms of seed morphological characteristics, seeds are all long oval, the biggest is'Yuguan'×'Xiyuanbai' for 2.089, the smallest is 'Yuguan'×'Cuiguan' for 1.641.In the pollination combination,pollination combination to obtain the seed of the thickest is 'Yuguan'×'Cuiguan'f or 0.463cm,the longest is 'Yuguan'×'Huixi' for 1.019 cm,the widest is 'Whangkeumbae'×'Hui xi' for 0.539 cm. The highest filled seed rate was 'Yuguan'x'Xiyuanbai' 89.2%,and 'Yuguan'×'Xiyuanbai' also is the maximum filled seed weight for 0.106 g.
