With the development of economy,the yield and scale of kelp cultivation in China is the first place in the world and the development of kelp processing industry,producing a lot of kelp waste,which brings great pressure to the environment.However kelp waste also contains the not be extracted active ingredients,using kelp waste production of seaweed fertilizer,can promote crop yield and earliness and improve photosynthesis,enhance anti adversity ability and salt and alkali tolerance of plant.Seaweed fertilizer was prepared by two methods of composting and enzyme degradation.Firstly,from the two factors of composting inoculants and C/N of kelp waste compost fermentation were studied,fermentation by better kelp waste compost,followed by germination of experiment and pot culture experiment was conducted to study the two kinds of seaweed fertilizer on Pakchoi(Brassica chinensis L.)seeds germination,the effect of the nutritional characteristics and provide reference for rational utilization of fertilizer and biological resources of the sea.The main results were as follows:1?In composting process,from the perspective of the pile body temperature,pH,C/N,the pile body have reached the maturity,then comprehensive nutrient content(N?P?K),EC,E4/E6,T value and germination index and other parameters,B25 composting effect is the best.Effects of two agents on composting fermentation was not,C/N ratio of compost maturity of significant influence,C/N ratio bigger is better compost maturity,the EC decreased with the increase of C/N GI decreases with the increase of C/N.2?Compost and chemical fertilizer mixed application of Pakchoi fresh weight was significantly higher than that of single application of compost and fertilizer;in the fertilization amount of fertilizer N:150mg/kg,P2O5:100mg/kg,K2O:150mg/kg and compost 1%compared with the single application of the equal amount of chemical fertilizers in Pakchoi shoots increase of fresh weight of 23.76%,in fertilization amount of fertilizer N:37.5mg/kg,P2O5:25mg/kg,K2O:37.5mg/kg and compost 3%compared with the single application of the same amount of compost in Pakchoi shoots were fresh weight increase 18.59%.Cast of kelp waste compost after its quality is much improved,the compost of kelp residue in pakchoi and without compost of compared to root shoot ratio and leaf nitrate content significantly decreased,soluble sugar in stem and leaf chlorophyll,vitamin C increased significantly.Compared to F4M0 and F4M1,the nitrate nitrogen in leaves decreased by 17.91%,vitamin C increased by 12.02%,and the soluble sugar of stem and leaf increased by 30.72%and 16.73%respectively.3.KWE had a significant promoting effect on the seed germination and plant growth of pakchoi,2%KWE had better effect on the germination of pakchoi,and 10%KWE had better growth and quality of pakchoi.Germination experiment we know that low concentration of KWE on pakchoi seeds germination promoting effect.2%KWE on pakchoi seed germination rate and germination index is significantly improved,and CK were higher than the 9.70%,37.00%;at the same time,2%KWE also promote seedling growth,seedling root length,height and fresh weight were significantly improved,and CK compared were increased by 30.10%,85.23%,77.70%.KWE of cabbage plant growth compared to a certain role in promoting,and CK,the fresh weight of 10%KWE processing of pakchoi root(root)and upper(stem and leaf)have significantly improved respectively increased 60.45%,60.22%;pakchoi stem length and leaf area also increased significantly.KWE on pakchoi quality has improved significantly,in contrast to spraying 10%KWE pakchoi,and CK stems and leaf nitrate nitrogen were reduced 4.11%and 23.86%,vitamin C were increased by 5.49%,20.10%,soluble sugar were increased by 33.21%,144.00%.The soluble protein were high 12.60%,28.54%.
