Technical Evaluation On The Comprehensive Utilization Of Straw In Jiangsu

There are abundant crop straw natural resources in Jiangsu province which is located in the Yangtze river delta region.The comprehensive utilization of straw had promoted under the deployment of government policy,especially the five kinds of straw utilization,But there are still some problems and the insufficiency,the straw burning phenomenon still exists.Therefore investigating the utilization state of straw in Jiangsu province,finding out the problems existing in the straw utilization,Proposing the scientific strategics of comprehensive utilization had a certain practical reference value to promote comprehensive utilization of straw in Jiangsu province.Based on the comprehensive utilization of crop straw planning of Jiangsu province(2010-2015)"as the breakthrough point,this paper introduces the existing straw utilization methods and straw utilization at home and abroad.Then according to relevant statistics,analyzed the straw resources in Jiangsu province,the using status of the straw returned,power generation,straw curing,feed,straw industrial raw material.Through establishing the comprehensive utilization of crop straw benefit evaluation system,evaluate the current main way of straw utilization economic,ecological and social benefits.Choosing scientific evaluation indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight.Based on the fuzzy mathematics,evaluate the benefit of six using model of straw using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and obtain the comprehensive benefit evaluation results.Analyzing obstacles and problems of comprehensive utilization of straw in Jiangsu province.Finally,summarizing the countermeasures of comprehensive utilization of straw in Jiangsu province.
