Utilization Of Corn Straw In Hebei Province Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation

Hebei Province,as one of the main bases of corn production in China,has abundant resources of corn straw.In recent years,under the control of the government,the situation of straw open burning has improved,but the local crushing and returning of corn straw to the field is still the most common way of straw treatment at present.In 2019,the agricultural and rural department of Hebei province proposed to improve the quality of straw returning directly to the field and increase the proportion of off-field utilization(energy,feed)as the main direction of attack,and to explore the replicable and popularized technology route and operation mode of straw off-field utilization.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the comprehensive benefits and advantages of five common corn straw utilization methods in Hebei Province and to form a kind of corn straw utilization.The research methods used in this paper include field investigation,qualitative and quantitative methods,theoretical and empirical research methods.First,through the field investigation to understand the current situation of straw utilization in Hebei Province,the cost and effect of farmers directly returning straw to the field,straw use enterprise production and operation data,for the paper data support;secondly,through the way of expert scoring to understand the importance of indicators,and then use AHP to construct the judgment matrix,get the weight of the indicators in the benefit evaluation system,and assign value for each index;finally,using weighted comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the benefit level of different corn straw utilization in Hebei Province The paper concludes that different straw utilization methods have different benefits and influencing factors:from the economic benefit point of view;biomass gas>edible fungus base>granular fuel>block feed>biomass power generation;from the social benefit point of view:granular fuel>edible fungus base>block feed,biomass power generation>biomass gas;from the ecological benefit point of view:granular fuel,biomass gas>biomass power generation block feed,edible fungus base;On the basis of comprehensive benefit:biomass gas>edible fungus base>pellet fuel>biomass power generation and lumped feed,the paper puts forward that it can be developed in Hebei province to meet the market of lumped feed and pellet fuel first.The innovation of this paper is as follows:(1)To study the utilization benefit of straw in Hebei Province from the perspective of multi-industry development.In this paper,based on encouraging straw utilization and alleviating the initial effect of straw burning in Hebei province,several common ways of corn straw off-field utilization in Hebei Province were studied.(2)Innovative model of complementary utilization of maize straw.Propose priority to meet the block feed,pellet fuel market basic demand for the purpose of encouraging the development and use of base materials to grow crops and biomass gas,promote good economic benefits as the focus,biomass power generation digestion of surplus straw as a supplement of straw utilization model.
