Design And Research Of Operation Area Of Tractor Cab

Tractors are commonly used as agricultural machinery and equipment play an important role in agricultural production activities.The usability design of the control area of the tractor determines whether the operation is convenient or not.Therefore,How to improve usability of the control area of tractor cab is a key research direction in recent years.The control area of the tractor cab has become the key research object of the usability design because it multi task and multi functionality.The convenient tractor cab operation area can bring traktors a more comfortable environment and easier to operate functional area.The usability design in the control area of tractor cab plays an important role in improving the cab environment of the agricultural production tools.This paper makes a deep study on the usability design in the control area of tractor cab.Based on the characteristics of the product,this paper proposes a method of usability requirement analysis,which is based on the user's demand.In this paper,the application of ergonomics,usability design modeling technique and product semantics,focusing on the tractor cab control area ease of use of design practice.The main research contents are as follows:1.Introduceing the domestic and foreign research status of the control area design of tractor cab,clarifies the research direction,and puts forward the research contents and methods;2.Arounding the current situation of the design of the control area of the existing tractor cab,and summarizing the modeling methods and limiting factors of usability design;3.Proposing a users' centered approach to the analysis of eye-movement usability testing,surveying the related users' satisfaction questionnaire,and obtaining the usability design requirement of the control area of tractor cab;4.Describing the usability design of tractor cab operating area,specific practice process and method for design of usability design products;5.Taking the tractor of a farm machinery company in Jiangsu as an example,and describing the design process of usability design of the control area of the tractor cab;6.Using CATIA human machine system and eye movement usability evaluation,verify the human comfort,readability and learnability of the tractor cab operation area.The conclusions of this paper provide a basis for the design of the tractor cab,especially the user centered design method and design orientation play an important theoretical and practical significance.
