With the rapid development of China's agriculture and economy,the “grain to feed” policy has been vigorously promoted,and the demand for silage equipment for crop feed processing is increasing.Users are increasingly demanding silage equipment.While the functions are continuously enriched and perfected,the human-machine interaction design of silage equipment is particularly important.Whether the user can understand the product easily,operate the product conveniently,and use the product comfortably greatly affects the user's work efficiency and satisfaction of using the product.Kansei Engineering is a discipline that combines sensibility with engineering,emphasizing the design of products by analyzing the user's feeling of the product.Human-machine interaction design is a user-centered design which emphasizes the interaction between users and products.This paper combined the research methods of Kansei Engineering with human-machine interaction design to study the human-machine interaction design of silage equipment.In theoretical study,combined with emotional design theory,the characteristics of human-machine interaction design elements of silage equipment were analyzed in the three design layers of instinct layer,behavior layer and reflection layer.The design elements include shape,color,material,manipulation,position and layout,and product image.Based on the characteristics,the principles of human-machine interaction design for silage equipment were summarized.And based on the research method of Kansei Engineering,the human-machine interaction design process of silage equipment was summarized,including five stages: preliminary research,design requirement analysis,design element extraction,design practice and design evaluation.The design methods used in each stage were analyzed.In practical research,taking the human-machine interaction design of suspended silage equipment as an example,according to the human-machine interaction design process of silage equipment,the human-machine interaction design of the equipment appearance and control panel of was carried out.The market research method was used to investigate the user characteristics,user needs and the human-machine interaction design trend of silage equipment.According to the survey results,the design requirements of the suspended silage equipment were determined.According to the design requirements,using semantic difference method,ergonomics principle and product image design,the design elements of the appearance,color,material,control,position layout and product image of the equipment appearance and control panel are extracted.Based on the design principle,the extracted design elements were merged to the product design.The human-machine interaction design plan of the suspended silage equipment was obtained.Finally,the design evaluation of the design plan was carried out by using the experimental evaluation method,which verified the rationality of the design plan and explained the feasibility of the human-machine interaction design process of silage equipment.The human-machine interaction design principles and design flow of silage equipment summarized in this paper provide reference for the design work of silage equipment and related products,so that the products can better meet the needs of users and product quality and market competitiveness can be improved.
