In this study,rice straw and sugarcane tip were used as raw material to make silage-rice straw and sugarcane tip mixed silage,rice straw silage,sugarcane tip silage.Rice straw and sugarcane tip were mixed into four silages with their weight ratio of 8:2,6:4,4:6,2:8.There were a control group(CON),added 2 ml·kg-1 fermented green juice(FGJ)group,3000 u·kg-1 cellulose(CEL)group,2 ml·kg-1FGJ + 3000 u·kg-1 CEL mixed(MIX)group in four kinds of mixed silage and two kinds of single silage.Each treatment was repeated 3 times.In order to investigate the effect of mixing ratio and additives on quality of rice straw and sugarcane tip mixed silage,so as to determine the appropriate mixing ratio and the optimal additive and provided scientific basis for the developing high quality of rice straw and sugarcane tip mixed silage.Experiment 1:We researched and discussed the effect of mixing ratio on quality of rice straw and sugarcane tip mixed silage.Results:Compared with rice straw silage,in the CON silage,with the increase of sugarcane tip ratio,AN(ammonia nitrogen)and DM(dry matter)significantly decreased(P<0.01),pH,NDF(neutral detergent fiber)and ADF(acid detergent fiber)showed a trend of decrease,WSC(water soluble carbohydrate)and GLR(gas loss rate)gradually increased;In the CEL silage,with the increase of sugarcane tip ratio,pH,DM and NDF gradually decreased,WSC(water soluble carbohydrate)gradually increased;In the FGJ silage and MIX silage,pH,DM and AN gradually decreased,DMR(dry matter reclaim)and WSC showed a trend of increase.The result showed that whether to use or not to use additives,quality of silage had both a increased trend with the increase of sugarcane tip ratio,namely fermentation quality of sugarcane tip silage was better than that of rice straw and sugarcane tip mixed silage,that of rice straw and sugarcane tip mixed silage was better than that of rice straw silage.Experiment 2:We researched and discussed the effect of additives on quality of rice straw silage of sugarcane tip mixed silage.Results:In four kinds of mixed silage and two kinds of single silage,compared with the CON silage,pH,AN,NDF and ADF of FGJ decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),WSC increased(P<0.01)and DMR increased;pH,GLR,AN,NDF of MIX significantly decreased(P<0.01),LA(lactic acid),WSC and DMR increased,ADF and HC(hemicellulose)decreased;The effect of CEL can improve quality of silage from the different extent(except the 28 mixed silage).The result showed that fermented green juice,the compund of fermented green juice and cellulase were added significantly improved the quality of four kinds of mixed silage and two kinds of single silage,cellulase was added significantly improved quality of three kinds of mixed silage and two kinds of single silage(except the 28 mixed silage).In a word,the effect of fermented green juice was similar to that of the compound,which was better than that of cellulase.
