The Study On The Open Cowshed Environment Controlling Technology And Equipment

The cowshed environment has a great effect in cow's health and the production.Livestock and poultry production practice and related scientific research has shown that the animals' health growth,reproductive capacity and the feed utilization rate of livestock and poultry are restricted by the environment of its house and stall.Whether it can effectively control the livestock and poultry environment has become the an important factor in the development of livestock and poultry breeding.In this paper,in connection with the present livestock and poultry production industry development situation at home an abroad,and with problems which existed in the chinese livestock and poultry production industry,on the basis of cowshed environmental control requirements,proposed and set up the environment control system based on 80C51,whitch with the temperature,humidity and bovine somatic activity information as the main control parameters.This system mainly comprises a single chip control unit,drive unit and the software control unit.This paper focuses on the system's overall structure,each functional,makes concrete of major component's function and how to carry it out,mainly including the following several aspects:1,Designed the cowshed information acquisition system and the main circuit of the control system,the cowshed information acquisition system mainly applied with the collection of temperature and humidity and bovine somatic presence information collection.The temperature and humidity acquisition system use temperature and humidity sensors SHT10 to collect the temperature and humidity information,and use infrared sensor RE200 B to collect bovine somatic presence information,mentime through the 1602 LCD display in real time,then use the MCU control center to analyze.2,Through the C language programming,setted up the cowhouse environment software control system of 80C51 microcontroller as the core of focus.And makes concrete on single chip of the main program,data acquisition system and the display driver are expounded,which can effectively control the cowhouse various environmental factors.3,Debug a program verification,used the tool software VC + + for process online test,and edited and processed the problems in the test process,the results show that,the design thought of this paper basically conforms to the design requirement.In conclusion,this paper do research on milk cow house environmental control system to solve the open type cowhouse environment conditions,improve the cowhouse microclimate,improve the feed conversion rate and growth performance of dairy cows,cows decreases morbidity,realizes the cow 's healthy development has the very important significance.
