The study about the effects of both pruning floral cluster and using plant growth regulator on grape quality was developed.‘Summur Black',‘Zuijinxian',‘Hutai 8',‘Kyoho' and ‘Shine Muscat ' grape and ‘Red Globe' grape were used as experimental material.The results of the study were as follows:1.The results of ‘Summur Black' showed that remaining the tip of floral cluster with 6 cm and loral cluster with 6 cm was the best pruning floral cluster method,which could enlarge the vertical diameter and horizontal diameter of ‘Summer black' fruit,develop the soluble solids content,Improve fruit flavor.Therefore,it advised that the way of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 6 cm was suit to popularize.2.The results of ‘Zuijinxian' showed that effects of different pruning floral cluster ways with plant growth regulator.Under the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 4 cm and using plant growth regulator,the the spike weight was suitable,fruit grain was bigger,the soluble solids content was higher and quality was better,which method suited to prouduct the high grade grape fruits.Under the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 6 cm and using plant growth regulator,the quality was also good.Which chould enhace the spike weight,the soluble solids content,vertical diameter and horizontal diameter of fruit.The process mothod suited to pruduct general grape fruit and developed the efficiency of work.It advised applying the process mode in the production of ‘Zuijinxian'.3.Take ‘Hutai 8' as the experiment material.the results showed that,under the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 4 cm,the the spike weight was suitable,fruit grain was bigger,the soluble solids content was suitable and flavor was better,which method fited to product the high grade grape fruits.Under the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 5 cm,the quality was also good.Which could enhance the spike weight,the soluble solids content,vertical diameter and horizontal diameter of fruit,reduce the titrable acids content.The process mothod suited to product general grape fruit and developed the efficiency of work.In general,the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 5 cm was the most suitable way of pruning floral cluster,and it improved the quality and work efficiency.4.Take ‘Kyoho' as the experiment material.the results showed that,the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 6 cm could develop the the spike weight,fruit grain and the soluble solids content,reduced titrable acids content and astringency.The way of pruning floral cluster was suitable to product gengral grape fruits.Under the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 5 cm,the fruit grain was bigger,the soluble solids content was higher and flavor was better,so the process mode suited to product the high grade grape fruits.In a word,it advised apply the mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 6 cm to production is best,which could improve the fruit quality and word efficiency as well.5.Take ‘Shine Muscat' grape as the experiment material.the results showed that,the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 5 cm could develop the the spike weight,fruit grain and the soluble solids content,reduced titrable acids content and improved work efficiency.Therefore,The way of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 5 cm was advisede to apply to actual production.6.Take ‘Red globe' as the experiment material.the results showed that,the process mode of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 12 cm could develop the fruit quality,the soluble solids content,improve the fruit taste.Therefore,The way of remaining the tip of floral cluster with 12 cm was advisede to apply to actual production.
