In order to improve the water use efficiency and yield of tomato,a water and fertilization supply decision model of greenhouse tomato based on growth information was developed.With the water and fertilization supply decision model,the paper designed the environmental information measurement module,the growth information measurement module,PLC control module and data storage module,finally established the integrated automatic fertilizing control system.The experimental results show that the integrated automatic fertilizing control system based on the realization of the maximization of economic benefit,increase crop water use efficiency and yield,and reduce the phenomenon of lack of water and fertilization.The main research work is as follows:?1?Study on the coupling effect of water and fertilizer on tomato yield and water use efficiency.The effects of irrigation and fertilization is different and the growth status of tomato are not the same,so the tomato yield and water use efficiency are also different.With the irrigation and fertilization as independent variables,the paper analyzed the response of the change of the yield and water use efficiency of tomato under the coupling condition of water and fertilizer,and determined the basis of the irrigation and fertilization.The experimental results show that,when the irrigation and fertilization was 80Qwiand 110%Qfirespectively,tomato yield was in the maximum yield range,and water use efficiency is relatively higher.?2?Research on greenhouse tomato irrigation and fertilizer decision model.Stem diameter and plant height are two important parameters to evaluate crop growth.Stem diameter and plant height are convenient and clear characterization of crop growth condition.Therefore,this paper puts forward a research on water and fertilization supply decision for tomato vegetative growth stage based on stem diameter and plant height,in order to improve the water use efficiency and yield of tomato.According to the analysis of the coupling effect of water and fertilizer on the tomato yield and water use efficiency,the paper carried out that using 80Qwi and 110Qfi respectively as the basis of irrigation amount and fertilization in the whole growth period.According to the analysis of the change regularity of stem diameter and plant height under the change condition of water and fertilization,the paper established a dynamic adjustment model of water and fertilization.Combined the dynamic adjustment model and basis of irrigation and fertilization,the paper finally established the irrigation and fertilizer supply decision model.?3?The hardware and software design of integrated automatic fertilizing machine.In order to improve the effect of integrated water and fertilizer supply,an integrated automatic fertilizing machine which contained PLC control unit,communication unit,environmental information measurement unit and growth information measurement unit was designed according to the greenhouse tomato irrigation and fertilizer decision model.And the effect of irrigation and fertilization of the control system is tested.The experimental results show that the yield of tomato under WF1 treatment were 6.9% and 14.73% higher than that of tomato under WF2 and CK treatments,the water use efficiency was also increased by 6.93% and 43.17%.In summary,the designed system can improve tomato yield and water use efficiency,reduce production cost,improve greenhouse tomato economic and social benefits,also achieve water-saving irrigation targets.
