Peanut occupies an important position in China's agricultural exports and oil processing industry with the rich oil content.In recent years,China has become the second largest planting country of peanut with the growing area,and its output is ranked first in the world.Compared with the continuous expansion of planting area of peanut in China,the harvest mode of peanut is still the artificial harvest,the labor intensity is high,the harvest efficiency is low and the cost is high,which has serious influence on the peasants' enthusiasm for cultivation of peanut and hinders the development of peanut,the mechanization of peanut industry harvest is the only way to solve the current situation of peanut harvest in China.But at this stage of our peanut harvesting machinery to maintain less than 2% of market demand,the technology is relatively backward,and the overall level of development is still in the initial stage,can not meet the market demand.Therefore,the development of high integration,high efficiency,low production cost of peanut harvesting machinery is the urgent need of the state and farmers.Half-feed type peanut combine harvester can complete all harvesting processes at once when harvesting peanuts,such as digging,vine clamping and conveying,pods picking,pods cleaning,pods collecting and vine throwing.Through researching the current two major peanut combine harvester in china,found that the harvest efficiency is low,the loss rate and broken rate are high,adaptability is poor and acceptance of market is low.In order to solve the above problems,the optimization scheme is developed and the new transmission route scheme is designed to reduce the loss rate and the broken rate.The field experiment is carried out to determine the optimal working parameter range of the key working parts,The matching of the working parameters and the field adaptability of the machine.Specific work content and optimization results are as follows:(1)The basic biological characteristics of plant morphology,physical characteristics and planting patterns of peanut were measured.The loss rate of peanut's shell at different angles was measured.The mechanical and physical properties of peanut were measured by the tensile stress test.The critical force of the node between peanut's pod and stalk and the node between stalk and stem?the critical pressure force of peanut shells were obtained.The tensile test showed that the mean value of the node between peanut's pod and stalk was about 10 N.The stress test showed that the critical pressure force of peanut's shell was 40-60 N regardless of the size of peanut pod.(2)To study the domestic transmission route and found that the working parameters of some working components do not match and the adaptability is poor,and other issues.Proposed the design of new transmission routes,the transmission route is divided into two road,one of the way to connect the walking device,clamping and conveying device and vine throwing device,the other way to connect the clod cleaning device,the pods cleaning device,vine uprearing device and pods picking device.This design make pods picking device?forward device and vine clamping device independent,Which solves the linear correlation problem of the working parameters of key components and improves the field adaptability of the machine.(3)Through investigating the harvesting effect of different peanut harvesters,the key influencing factors were determined as the forward velocity,conveying velocity,and roller revolving velocity and the length of the roller,combined with the peanut characteristic test,through the theoretical analysis and simulation,getting the range of working parameters of the key factors are as follows:the speed range of going forward is 0.60-1.80m/s,the speed range of clamping and conveying chain is 0.72-2.16m/s,the speed range of the pods picking roller is 450-750r/s,and the length of the picking roller is fixed at 1250 mm.(4)Under the premise of determining the range of the initial working parameters,the key factors were determined as the experimental factors,the loss rate and the breakage rate were used as the experimental indexes,and the response test was used to analyze the test results and get the response Surface mathematical model.According to the test results,the optimal range of working parameters are as follows:the speed range of going forward is about 1.00m/s-1.30m/s,the working speed of the clamping speed is 1.20m/s-1.60m/s,Adjustable speed of 450r/min,600r/min,and through the prototype of the field validation test.
