In view of harvesting high stubble rice and wheat stalk-standing,in this thesis,a cutting and picking combined operation scheme was put forward that installing a cutter in front of the round baler picker.Based on the principle of double disc cutter with opposite direction of rotation,the chain saw and disc cutter were designed,together with and the hydraulic driving system and hanging mechanism,and then,done the works of cutting speed,cutting diagram analysis,finite element analysis of blade,stalk-standing cutting test.Main works of the thesis can be summarized as follows:(1)The design of the chain saw and disc cutter,based on the principle of double disc cutter with opposite direction of rotation: Combined with the structure parameters of the baler and the characteristics of rice and wheat stalk-standing and the cutting requirements,the main structural parameters and cutting motion parameters of two kinds of cutters were presented.By using the theory of mechanism and the method of creative design,the model of hand push type chain saw cutter test bench and disc cutter cutting device was built based on SolidWorks.(2)The design of hydraulic drive system and hanging mechanism for cutting device: According to the work requirements of the disc cutter and the function of the hydraulic basic circuit,the hydraulic drive system of cutting device was designed.Through theoretical calculation,determined the hydraulic motor speed,displacement and the total flow of hydraulic system,hydraulic valve model.The hanging mechanism was designed to connect the disc cutter and the round baler based on the principle of four bar mechanism.The function of adjusting the position and angle of the cutter was realized by controlling the electric cylinder push rod extension and the auxiliary support of the cross bar.(3)Cutting speed and cutting diagram analysis and finite element analysis of blade: According to the requirements of the cutting line speed,the structural parameters of the chain cutter and disc cutter were determined.The influence of the structural parameters and motion parameters of the chain saw and disc cutter on the cutting and cutting were analyzed by means of cutting graph.Ansys software was used to analyze the chain cutter,and the stress,strain and displacement were obtained,that provided guidance for the optimization of the structure parameters and the selection ofprocessing technology.By using Ansys software,the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the disc cutter were obtained by modal analysis of the disc cutter 6,that provided reference for the rotating speed of the disc knife.(4)Cutting stalk-standing test: 1)Cutting stalk-standing test with Hand push type chain saw cutter test bench shown that When the cutting speed is more than 5m/s,it could be used to cut the hard stalk,but it was not ideal for cutting the stalk with small diameter.When the cutter line speed increased to 10m/s,it could cut the hard stalk and Small diameter stalk,But there were some bad phenomena,such as chain blocking,chain jumping,chain and guide plate wear serious.Therefore,the chain saw cutter should not be applied to the stalk harvest.2)The disc cutter cutting stalk-standing test showed that when the cutter speed was 1600~1700r/min,the machine forward speed was 0.2~0.3m/s,the disc cutter tip line speed 21.4 ~22.7 m/s,The cut leakage rate was between 8.4~8.7%,and the power consumption was between3.01~3.43 Kw,so,The disc cutter was suitable for straw and weed cutting.The optimal experiment combination is the cutter speed 1600r/min,the machine speed 0.2m/s.
