Most traditional round baler can't operate continuously.The round baler needs to be stopped when the crop baling operation is completed each time.And the next operation can be started only after the bale is separated from the baling bin.It is needful for the completed bales to meet the requirement that they will not be loose during long-term storage and long-distance transportation.In order to solve the problem that the traditional round baler can not continuously bale due to the single-bin bundling bin,the innovative design of the two-bin bundling mechanism and the feeding plate in the matching feeding mechanism make the small bundling bin complete the bundling Afterwards,the two feeding plates fixed at one end and having a certain relative position are pushed up by the hydraulic rod device,and the grass layer is controlled to be input into the large baling bin.After the baling is completed,the input position of the feeding plate is pulled back to the small baling bin.Achieve the continuity of bundling operations;High-efficiency coating device design.The symmetrical film tearing fixing device has two clamping plates that slide against each other and are equipped with a rack.The film covered on the device pulls the clamping plate back under the action of the gear rack and uses the raised chuck to automatically clamp the film to the shaft.The blade is automatically cut off,and the splint is pushed out to the initial position when the next envelope action starts,and the chuck automatically releases the film.The continuity of film tearing and clamping operation is realized,which greatly improves the film coating efficiency of the device.The following is the main work regarding to the digital design of continuous working round wrapper baler:(1)To design two-bin bundling mechanism and grass crushing feeding mechanism that meets the functional requirements.To make two bundling bins work with two feeding plates,which in the feeding mechanism,that can control the output position of the grass crushing and set the relevant position layout reasonably.So that the round baler can realize the function of non-stop and continuously operating of the innovative design.(2)Design of additional film mechanism.Using thin film to add an additional full-coverage bale to the round bales crop that simply baled by the traditional round baler.The designed bale mechanism will not work for traditional bales and not affect the traditional bale operation.At the same time,there is the additional full-covering film function to meet the functional requirements of round bale without loose during long-distance transportation and long-term preservation.And innovative design of the core component of the envelope mechanism tear film fixing device is made to achieve the innovative function of automatically cutting and re-clamping the envelope film after the completion of the envelope action and to ensure that the additional envelope action is simple and continuously and effectively proceeding.(3)In the three-dimensional modeling software UG,the three-dimensional modeling of the designed continuous working round wrapper baler is carried out carefully.And all components are assembled in the assembly environment to describe functional structure in detail.(4)Use the motion simulation software Adams to perform motion simulation on the designed machine and each functional mechanism.And also perform functional verification on the designed machine and each mechanism model to provide a theoretical basis for the rationality of the design model.(5)Use analysis software ABAQUS for CAE to perform mechanical analysis on the main working conditions of each mechanism and to verify whether the designed structure size can meet the material stiffness and strength requirements under actual load and to optimize the structure size according to the analysis results.According to the model design of.the whole continuous working round wrapper baler and innovative functional parts of it,the three-dimensional modeling of the designed model,the functional verification of the whole machine and each innovative design part by motion simulation,the mechanical analysis of each mechanism,etc.The conclusion is that the interaction between the two-bin bundling mechanism and the feeding plate in the grass crushing feeding mechanism that control the output position of the grass crushing can realize continuous operation of the round baler without shutting down and ensure the bundling operation moves smoothly and continuously.Encapsulation mechanism can provide additional enveloping to the round bales after simple baling.Under the action of the core part tearing and fixing device,the enveloping film can be cut and reloaded automatically and quickly.And that make the enveloping action continuous,effective and convenient.The size structure of each functional component does not change significantly under the working load,which meets the characteristics of the material.
