Seed-metering device belt is the core component of metering device.The reliable welding quality and high-quality production efficiency as a key point in the process of making the seed-metering device.Due to the current welding mode of seed-metering device belt is many varieties and small batch in agricultural equipment manufacturing enterprises in Production and Construction Corps,The manual operation is mainly used of presence production system.This paper aim at solving the problems of low operating efficiency,inconsistent quality and high cost which exist in welding process,the welding of seed-metering device belt was selected as the research object,a set of high quality and high-efficient production system plan was formed after planning and designing the belt welding production system which combined with lean production theory.The value flow mapping about present situation of belt-laying device welding was drawn with the theory of value flow after analyzing current system of welding process and requirements,bottlenecks position and waste was found,the system value added ratio is 0.28.The goals and requirements of weld system was put forward clearly after drawing the map of future value flow,the methods of flexible welding workstation design,facilities planning,flexible scheduling and management in uncertain environment was proposed to achieve the production system planning and lean improvement.Closed layout and arc welding robot were selected for flexible welding workstation.The design of duckbill and hinge fixture,Belt assembly welding fixture and components delivery system as well as auxiliary tooling equipment was completed by SW software,verifying the flexible adaptability of fixture through motion analysis,which can meet the requirements of multi-variety belt and different sizes welding,flexible welding station entity design scheme was formed finally.The facilities layout in product system was designed which based on the theory of SLP and combined with the factory layout conditions and welding process requirements.More efficient and economic planning program was formed after logistics and non-logistics analysis and comprehensive analysis,U-shaped layout was adopted and components transported by special car,the material handling activity coefficient increased from 0 to 3,the material handling waste reduced effectively,on-time supply capacity has improved.In order to solve uncertain factors of welding production system,Staff training and other control strategy was put forward correspondingly,analysis the process time of different schedule,mixed schedule was utilized finally,the batch production and handling is 128 items,the plan of schedule and yielding was formed.Taking the minimize production time and balanced production as objective,the belt sacker welding production model was built which used Flexsim logistics system simulation software,its results show that the daily output is 235,the number of delivery vehicles is 5,the number of delivery is 2,the result show that the planned production system program works well.Moreover,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate degree of improvement in system,combined with the lean index analysis,pointed out the aspects that production system needs to improve and links that need further optimize.
