In the process of cotton-picking, the core parts of comb cotton-picker are picking parts whose quality affects the picking result of cotton picker. The achievement to design suitable picking parts can effectively improve the picking efficiency and realize the picking function. On the basis of theoretical study, the thesis determines the parameters of picking parts, such as:the shape, the distance between comb teeth, moving speed, etc. With the help of research analysis from various aspects, the picker can get ideal condition and realize picking function. The thesis introduces the picking structure and working principle of economic-type comb cotton picker, and then analyzes the stressed deformation of comb teeth, finally establishes the dynamic model and control differential equation of comb teeth’s stressed deformation. In the aspect of data analysis, the author applies the analysis function of MATLAB, analyzing the curve-fitting and probability, and raw data is confirmed; in the aspect of analyzing stressed deformation, the numerical simulation of ANSYS is adopted, analog simulating the different conditions during the stress process; the relationship between the stress of comb teeth and the comb teeth’s distance as well as cotton-stick condition, reasonable comb teeth model is achieved, so more reasonable style of comb teeth can be designed. On the basis of formed model, the thesis carries out the simulation analysis on the related elements to affect the picking result of comb cotton picker. By changing the distance between comb teeth, grounding angle and discharge-resist roller, the picking results of comb cotton picker under different conditions can be achieved, and then the reasonable grounding angle and distance between comb teeth will be obtained by analyzing the correlativity. It can be known from experimental verification that the best distance between comb teeth is20mm and the optimum grounding angle of mechanical cotton-picking is90°. Simultaneously, the author makes Factor3, Level3orthogonal experiment on the influence of distance between comb teeth, grounding angle and discharge-resist roller to the picking result, and makes variance analysis with MATLAB software, the thesis has found the main factors to affect the picking result of comb cotton picker are the distance between comb teeth and grounding angle, and the result can reflect the picking features of comb cotton picker to confirm the picking conditions. In order to improve the vacuum degree of pneumatic transmission during the study of the negative pressure conveyance of cotton, the authors have designed several models of pneumatic transmission, and ascertained the relationship between material conveying capacity and the shape of pipeline by debugging mutually the air inlet and material conveying pipeline, and then make the clear the arrangement of air inlet and the effect of pipelines’shape on material conveying in the process of negative pressure conveyance on the basis of ANSYS analysis and theoretical result. After optimization, the thesis has achieved the result that the casing pipe conjunction is round-round connection, the best area of air inlet should be0.875times of complete area and the frequency is the bigger the better.By analyzing the picking fittings of comb cotton picker, the author carries out comparison analyze between simulation result and experimental result, and no clear difference between the test data achieved from angle of statistic and the simulation result has been inspected, which shows the simulation method is operable and effective.
