Xinjiang is one of six fruit production of world,and at present is a largest base of horticulture production.The development of horticulture mechanization is gradually increases with the development of agricultural mechanization.It is still relatively lags behind,which bases on the traditional orchard planting patterns.This paper develops an automatic setup allowing trees for weeding among plants in orchards,in order to improve the reliability of accurate operations among plants in orchards and weeding ratio.A computer modeling software is used to simulate,optimize and improve all parts of the device.The field experiment is performed after completing the prototype test.The specific content as follows:(1)The working principle of the automatic setup allowing trees for weeding among plants in orchards is studied and the implementation way of the action allowing trees is investigated.The combination between cultivation requirements of the automatic setup and the implementation way of the action allowing trees is analyzed to determine design scheme of the experimental setup.Prior to this,some work is done including consultation of literatures,field investigation in orchard and studies of planting patterns.The working principle and working process of this device is researched.(2)The working parameters and structural characteristics of this device are determined.Then,the design of structural characteristics and selection principles is completed in order to design adjusting mechanism and the executing agency of this setup.The analysis of the theory for the hydraulic control system is studied to determine its working parameters of actuators and dynamic components.Each component of hydraulic is also calculated and selected.(3)Firstly,modeling software Solidworks is used to model and virtual assemble for the setup,and software ANSYS is used to obtain natural frequency and vibration model for the rack of device.Then,software ADAMS is performed kinematics analysis for the device and software AMESim is performed simulated analysis for the hydraulic system.Finally,theoretical calculation and simulation results are performed contrast analysis,and the performance index of the hydraulic system is validated.(4)The automatic setup allowing trees for weeding among plants in orchards is performed for the field test based on theoretical analysis.The results show that quality of work using this device meet the design goal and national standard,and failure rate of tillage is lower than 6%,passing rates allowing trees up to 100% in a situation with normal speed operation.
