This experiment selects table grape Xiahei to test its quality and photosynthesis.Experimental Field were Yangjie,Nanzhuang in Jianshui county,and Huang caoba in Gejiu city.Experiment is divided into two parts: the determination of net photosynthetic rate both in the field and indoor;physiological and biochemical determination of fruit quality.Samples were cultivated either mostly with hedge frame,pergola cultivation or greenhouse and open field.Through photosynthesis requires conditions as(light,carbon dioxide and water,etc.),the canopy light intensity,leaf structure,chlorophyll differences and varieties between two kinds of cultivations were detected by using li-6400 portable photosynthesis system;fruit production.The main results are as follows:1.Under the condition of same illumination(sunny),net photosynthetic rate of different canopy leaf have obvious difference,and there was a strong regularity,which behaved as enhanced in different canopy.2.The determination of two types of cultivation was compared according to the temperature,humidity,altitude changes in one-day period,from 8:00,10:00,12:00 a.m,14:00,16:00.Finally the data reached peak both in 11 and 13 o'clock,and results in 11 were higher than in 13;Then we selected 9-11 as test stage to determine the change of photosynthetic intensity,it is concluded that as the time changes,the intensity of illumination raised as well.3.Comparison of chlorophyll: according to two different way of cultivation,three groups of sample were chosen respectively to test flowering and fruiting period,then results will be analyzed according to cultivations.The results show that chlorophyll from greenhouses V was the highest;then was the outfield;chlorophyll form hedge H was the lowest.4.Leaf anatomical structure: leaf thickness,palisade tissue thickness,sponge tissue thickness and tightness were different in vary positions of canopy.The thickness of upper leaf,palisade tissue,sponge tissue were thicker than that of the middle and lower leaves;By comparing anatomical structure both from greenhouses V and outdoor,results was: leaf quality of greenhouses V was of good quality than that of outdoor and so did the leaf thickness,palisade tissue,spongy tissue and leaf chlorophyll content.5.Different cultivation way induces different fruit quality,Berry weight of Greenhouses V was 3 g,and cluster of which was 1.7 to 2.0 kg;berry weight of outdoor was 2 g and a bunch of fruit was about 1.5-1.8 kg.Soluble sugar,sugar content from Greenhouses V were higher than outdoor grapes,but fruit shape index difference was not obvious.
