At present, the progress of human society is restricted by various factors, including soil and water conservation. It is a global problem that seriously threatens human economic development. It is also one of the most common and one of the most sustainable geological disasters that human beings are facing.Soil erosion can result in serious destruction of ecological environment,so as to reduce soil fertility,to adverse impact on agricultural production, eventually making local people feel less happier than before.Through comprehensive treatment, water and soil resources can get different degrees of improvement and get scientific protection and reasonable utilization to realize the sustainable development of the national strategy.Nanchong has long been regarded as one of the most serious soil erosion areas among upper hilly region.Although the trend of soil and water loss through governance has improved, there ' s little precedent in system evaluation. In order to improve the ecological environment, effectively control the trend of soil erosion, and promote the work of Nanchong soil and water conservation It is necessary to analyze Dong Jiagou watershed watershed comprehensive harness of soil and water conservation ecological benefits were analyzed. In this paper, the writer searched for data, observed the field survey and have a deep look at the small watershed comprehensive control project of Dong Jiagou watershed descriptive narrative and summarized, focusing on calculation and analysis of the ecological benefits. Then the following results are obtained.(1)Dong Jiagou watershed project area through comprehensive treatment, improve ecological environment, reduce soil and water loss as well as mountain disaster,so the ability of preventing and fighting natural adversities is strengthened in the past 10 years in a heavy rain. The people's production and living conditions have greatly improved.(2)To evaluate the ecological benefits of the study area through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy evaluation method, and the ecological benefits of soil and water conservation comprehensive management in the small watershed of the small watershed is in a "good" level according to the reference standards. In addition, the new vegetation survival rate, the rate of soil erosion area management and forest land increase rate is 54.15%,which fully reflects the ecological civilization oriented governance objectives.(3)From its weight value,we can know that the new vegetation survival rate, the rate of water loss and soil erosion area of governance and woodland increase rate is the key content of the comprehensive control. The weight value were0.2597,0.1547,and 0.1271 the total weight is more than 54.15% of the project, which fully reflects the ecological civilization oriented management goals. These three score value is 45.44,which is the 54.36% of the total scores.Score54.36% > 54.15% weight value, the three major management work, the actual effect of governance is better than expected value.(4)Through the ecological benefit evaluation, the project implementation plan pays attention to the improvement of production efficiency, such as the area of soil erosion rate, rate of increase the survival rate of vegetation, and rate of forest land increasing, etc. The weight value is added up to 0.6491,but for the planning and design of landscape aesthetic degree insufficient consideration, its weight value is 0.070.So advice is given as below. We should strengthen the landscape aesthetic aspects of the design, when implement the project of soil and water conservation in other places of the areas.
