One of the granulation devices in modern feed processing enterprises is hoop standard granulator,the performance of control system will directly affects the quality of feed particles and production efficiency.Hoop standard granulator is a complicated controlled plant with characteristics of nonlinear,pure delay,multi-variables.The conditioner outlet temperature value and the main motor current value affects the quality and output of feed products,however,this kind of effect is indirect.In order to slove this problem,so the main motor current value and conditioner outlet temperature value is controlled by embedded system,machine vision technology is used for the quality inspection and analysis of the feed particles and the analysis results will feedback to the controller,which forms a supervisory control mechanism and further strengthen the control effect,to ensure the production of high-quality feed particles.In this thesis,hoop standard granulator is a controlled object.On the basic of the existing theory and research,the control system of hoop standard granulator is designed by STM32 and machine vision technology,which complete the control system.The main research work of this thesis is mainly focused on the following aspects :(1)The structure of the hoop standard granulator,working process,input and output variables,the quality factors of feed particles,embedded system technology and machine vision technology.(2)The hardware platform of hoop standard granulator control system is developed,which including the building of the hardware platform of the STM32 controller and the feed defects detector.This not only realization the current and temperature acquisition and control,and but also the feed particles image acquisition and analysis.(3)As a result of the need of feed particles quality defects analysis,by comparing the experimental results of image preprocessing,a set of feed particles image preprocessing scheme was designed.(4)Completing the software development of hoop standard granulator control system,mainly including the transplantation of u C/OS-II operating system on the STM32 controller and on this basis of application tasks,software development of the feed defects detector,design of the touch screen man-machine interface,realization of the control algorithm in production flow.(5)The realization of analogue debugging on the hoop standard granulator control system.According to the characteristics and requirements of the controlled object,the analogue object is selected,which apply theory to practice and the supervision control effect is verified in the actual debugging process.
