Combine harvesters are the main agricultural machinery and equipment for harvesting rice and wheat in China,and have been developing rapidly in recent years.However,the level of intelligence of domestic combine harvester is relatively low,the general lack of working parameters and operating performance monitoring device,the operating efficiency depends on the proficiency of the manipulator,and the intensity of the operation is large,and the blockage is frequent.When the grain breakage rate and the inclusion rate are exceeded during the operation of the combine harvester,the relevant working parameters can not be adjusted due to the lack of on-line monitoring device and lack of driver's experience.If the operation is continued,to the direct economic losses of farmers;On the other hand,with high crushing rate of grain breeding,the germination rate is low,broken serious will affect the seasonal production.In this paper,the grain break rate and the rate-related monitoring device of the combine harvester are designed.The image processing technology is used to monitor the crushing rate and the heterogeneity of grain in the grain harvester of the combine harvester.The monitoring results are carried out through the joint harvesterof the display shows the driver for the reasonable set of joint harvesting machine to provide the basis for the relevant operating parameters.The main research contents include:(1)The method of monitoring the grain crushing rate and impurity rate was studied.According to the working flow of the combine harvester,the reason of the crushing rate was analyzed.And the method of using the image processing technology to monitor the grain crushing rate and impurity rate of the combine harvester was obtained.The calculation model of the crushing rate and impurity rate was obtained by theoretical analysis.(2)The overall design of grain crushing rate and impurity rate monitoring system was carried out,including system hardware design and system software design.The system hardware design includes the design of the grain online collection device,the design of the monitoring system lighting system,the selection of the image acquisition module and the selection of the system processor module.Among them,The grain online collection device is installed at the exit of the combine harvester lift,and through the micro-electromagnet to control the closure of the floor to ensure that the grain collection device can periodically collect and release the grain.(3)The grain crushing rate and impurity rate monitoring algorithm were studied.In this paper,the grain image segmentation algorithm is analyzed emphatically.It is proposed to use K-Means algorithm to extract broken grains and miscellaneous,and then through the watershed algorithm for fine segmentation.The characteristic values of the miscellaneous and broken grain are extracted,and the parameters of the BP neural network model are used to identify the miscellaneous,broken grains and the good grain.At the same time for the above design of the algorithm,respectively,in the Windows platform and ARM platform for software design,and gives the specific steps and some of the code(4)After the design of the hardware and software device was completed,the bench test was carried out on the joint harvesting machine test bed.The feasibility of the system and the algorithm is verified.At the same time,compare the cost of different image sensors and the quality of the collected images.Respectively,the use of cameras and industrial cameras in the bench test to collect images,resulting in two cases the accuracy of the measurement accuracy.Bench test shows: When the grain images were collected by industrial cameras,the average measurement accuracy of grain crushing rate and impurity rate was 88.96% and 88.71% respectively.When the grain image is collected by the camera,the average measurement accuracy of grain crushing rate and impurity rate is 68.76% and 66.6% respectively.(5)The design algorithm is ported to the embedded platform.And the grain crushing rate and impurity rate monitoring system based on the embedded platform were installed on the combined harvester,and the field on-line monitoring test was carried out.The results show that the average measurement accuracy of grain break rate 86.63%;After neglecting the minute miscellaneous,The average measurement accuracy of the grain-containing rate is 85.62%.The system has good reproducibility,and the grain crushing rate and impurity rate results with the miscellaneous rate can be displayed by the display in the harvester cab,providing the driver with a timely adjustment of the working parameters of the combine harvester to enable the combine harvester to be the best of the working conditions of the smooth operation to meet the joint harvester monitoring system design requirements,in order to achieve the joint harvester automation control provides technical support.
