Multifunctional agricultural operation machine is a new type of agricultural machinery,The transmission mode of running system directly affects the overall performance and operating costs.The running system of multifunctional operation machine currently are traditional mechanical transmission or hydrodynamic transmission,The are many shortcomings: complex structure,complicated operation,multi-system failure and so on.With the rapid development of hydraulic drive technology,more and more agricultural machinery running system began to use hydraulic drive system,Hydraulic drive system has many characteristics,such as simple structure,large speed range,easy operation,stable and reliable system and so.In this paper,taking a multifunctional operation machine as the research object,in order to improve its operating efficiency and handling performance,Designing and researching its running system.Based on the comparison of four kinds of driving modes,such as mechanical drive,electric drive,hydraulic drive and hydraulic drive,the paper puts forward that the running system of multifunctional operation machine adopts hydraulic transmission instead of the original mechanical transmission,Design a novel hydraulic drive system for multifunctional operation machine about concrete hydraulic circuit,the speed control scheme and the motor drive mode.Determining the overall structure and arrangement of the hydraulic drive system of multifunctional operation machine,Beside,the working process is analyzed.Matching the specific parameters of the hydraulic drive system.Such as the specific performance parameters of the system pressure,the engine,the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor and the relevant checking is carried out.Based on AMEsim software,The hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor is simulated and analyzed,a hydraulic drive system model of multifunctional operation machine was established.Simulation analysis of the hydraulic drive system respectively in response characteristics of multifunctional operation machine starting conditions,parking condition,dynamic condition before and after work at the same time,the hydraulic system is verified by the field operation can meet the requirements.In this paper,the hydraulic drive is applied to the running system of the multifunctional operation machine,and the hydraulic drive system is designed and matched.The hydraulic pump and the motor are analyzed and analyzed.Based on AMEsim,the hydraulic drive of the multifunctional operation machine system modeling and simulation,analysis of stability andrationality of the hydraulic system,provides a reference for the design and research the hydraulic drive system of multifunctional Agricultural operation machine in the future.
