Agriculture is the foundation of China.The agricultural mechanization is still lagging behind the developed countries,it still has great potential for development and space.The flood irrigation has dominated the agricultural irrigation for present,Scale operation level is low.Sprinkler irrigation was the earliest introduction of advanced irrigation methods in China,had been proved to be more efficient in most crop areas,and it will be one of the main irrigation method in the future.Hose reel sprinkler is the most favored irrigator since it was invented as its simple and compact structure.It is easy to transport,more operable and small per capita workload.After introduction of the irrigator,China has a certain scale of production based on the independent research and design,not only meet the need of domestic agricultural production,but also export to other countries.However,the redesign of the hose reel irrigator was currently based on the old models of the last century,there are little research on it,therefore,compared with the foreign advanced model,there is still a big gap,especially in the power-driven component,hydraulic turbine,which is the most important part of the irrigator.The research of the hydraulic turbine are rare in China,domestic manufacturers also use the old models,which not only affect the performance of the irrigator,but also lead to some unnecessary problem.In this paper,experimental study,the numerical calculation and the theoretical method were carried out to analyse the internal flow and optimize the performance of the hydraulic turbine.The main work of this paper is:1.The hydraulic performance test of the hydraulic turbine of JP75 hose reel sprinkler is carried out by the hydraulic turbine test rig.The experimental results show that the average efficiency of the hydraulic turbine is low,the highest efficiency is only 13.79%,and its working flow area is extremely limited.2.Using the multiple coordinate system(MRF)method to calculate the constant value of the hydrodynamic turbine.In order to select the appropriate grid model andturbulence model,the realizable ?-? model and the SST ?-? model,the tetrahedral mesh and the polyhedron mesh are set as four couples,and compared the results of the couples,in the end,determine the SST ?-? model and the polyhedral mesh which calculation is set so that the error is relatively small and the calculation efficiency is higher.3.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and low working range of the Turgo impulse hydraulic turbine of JP75 hose reel sprinkler,the internal flow of different speed and flow rate was analyzed.It is found that energy exchange was mainly concentrated in the import pipe and the runner,but the energy conversion rate of these components were very low,the energy conversion rate of import pipe was only 26.31%,while the energy conversion rate of runner was only 45.44%.4.Based on the orthogonal test method,the sever-factor,three-level orthogonal test is designed with the reference to the design of the impulse turbine.The correlation coefficient analysis and principal component analysis of the test results were carried out,and the main influencing factors were determined,and the optimal model was confirmed.At the same time,the work efficiency,working range were tested to prove the optimization has been optimized for the purpose.
